Best Electrical Heat Resistor Changing in Jacksonville FL

Thursday, May 26th 2022, I called this company for electrical service at my residence. The woman who assisted me was courteous and fun to speak with. She told me that I would have an electrician at my house the following day between 12 and 5 p.m. and that I would be given a 30 minute heads up via phone call. I had my wife take off of work to allow the electrician to come in for service. Not only did they not call, they didn't show up. I was informed today May 31st, when I phoned in that they in fact didn't have availability for the 27th as I was booked for, and I was suppose to be informed. For a company with all of these great reviews, this is without a doubt the worst thing you can do to a customer. To recap, not only did I not get service at all, my wife also took a day off. Absolutely poor service, and I would never consider this company ever again. If there was a zero star option, this company would have earned that.

Had our kitchen remodeled and needed some rewiring done for light fixtures! They were very courteous and profressional! Definitely recommend this company!! Thank you again for the awesome work

Jamison, Harley and Raul did a great job on our unit replacement. They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing, answered questions and provided periodic updates on progress. Once they completed the job, they went over everything that was done, explained the new programmable thermostat and again answered questions. Overall, they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for future work and recommend anyone needing an install or on-going maintenance to give Donovan a look.
