Excellent service call. James took time to answer questions on other possible work in the future. Educated us about circuit capacity including where to move a problem appliance that kept tripping a breaker.
Replaced a faulty wired smoke alarm. Had a spare alarm on the truck so had him replace another alarm. Well prepared. Knows how to use the IPAD with cell service, take photos of work done, etc. Can't get any better than this.

Main AC unit died over the weekend. Called Donovan based on having seen other neighbors use their services. Quick, courteous and I think we did the right thing to replace our system given its age. I will use Donovan again and appreciate the gents who came out to take care of it.
