I’ve used AEC for multiple projects and used on personal residence.Highly recommend.James - came out twice to ensure job was fully understood and was ultra flexible with my hectic schedule. James quickly noticed I’m a curious fella’ and fully explained the work to occur. He hands down was able to beat estimates from three other companies. Frankly , I don’t even know why I waste my time bothering.Kyle - the lead service tech called me prior to arrival and when I said I’d be late he didn’t freak out or complain , he was totally understanding and beyond friendly. Genuinely a nice guy. The level of care and attention is exactly why I’ll call back for another job. I kept pestering with questions why this , how come that , and Kyle explained why or how. Additionally, huge points for cleaning up. Also, he was able to do a massive job without destroying my drywall. He even screwed back the tiny drywall cut out. The best line was Kyle telling his helper who who in the attic sweating a storm “this is what we do man”. I love that !! Like total ownership right there. No matter the circumstance - this is what we do. Classic. Kyle , definitely a great leader and coach.Quinn - the up and comer. Also very friendly and personable.Great crew !! Thanks all.One note tho - I recommended to my family in saint Augustine but crew was late and didn’t give heads up, think someone said not really our coverage area. My family member was not pleased .. as for me tho , I’ll keep calling back - duh !Easy company to work with , great price , great knowledgeable crew.My experience was ? percent !! Thank you.

Thompson Electric 108 E 27th street is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with they came out and did some unfinished work did not label my panel in two rooms my lights only work from the meter box there's exposed wires still, when I called and spoke to Fred the so call manager he had the nerve to tell me it would be a $95.00 charge to return to complete the unfinished job......What a fraudulent company this is they need to be investigated on their business practices.

A very good electrical contractor. They treat their employees well. I highly recommend them and I worked for them in the past so I can honestly say they do things right. I have not been coerced or enticed into writing this review. They genuinely care about their workers and they have very qualified electricians.

Immediate service and fixed problem within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs an electrician.

They came a day earlier than expected to fix our problem. A faulty wire in an outlet had caused power to be out for a certain section in our house which included our refrigerator. Ray was very efficient in quickly diagnosing our problem and fixing it to our satisfaction.
This is the second time Choice Home Warranty has assigned Thayer Electrical Services to our problems. So thankful!

These people are con artists especially as they work with BOLD homes who are the biggest con artists in Jacksonville .

They took advantage of me with a generator that still does not work the VA provided through my husband's grant ... They billed BOLD and I was told my house was never grounded a complete LIE.

for a shoddy job did not work $1,035
I didn't know any better .
These people are nothing short of EVIL.
