Father and son team, both named Steve, arrived on time to relocate several circuits in our breaker box in order for them to install a new circuit for our pools heat pump. They were both very courteous and explained what they needed to do in order to complete the job. When the job was finished they walked us through the work explaining what they did and why. I would highly recommend contacting Empire Electric for your electrical needs. They are a little bit higher in price than others but it was money well spent. Can’t wait to use my pool this winter. Thanks Steve II and Steve III, you guys were great!

Penny was so responsive throughout the process. She kept me informed all the way and eased my concerns. I was without power and the same day my power was restored! The electrician Ryan was very knowledgeable and worked so hard! The owner even came by during the evening hours to drop off supplies to Ryan. If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.
