Best General Alarm Installation in Indianapolis IN

Called this company to have them come diagnose and FIX an electrical issue with my automatic pool cover. I opted to pay $99 to have the technician come urgently as I was paying a lot of money to keep the chemicals in balance. The technician came out and tested a few things only to tell us that there is a short somewhere and left.
When I hire a professional to come to my house, I expect the professional to fix what I called them for. I have a call in and am waiting to hear back from the manager. This may change my rating but currently unhappy with Joe Schmo Electrical.

I picked David Electric based on and recommendation and their reviews. Billy was on time, professional, and answered all questions as well as explained what he would do. He went in the attic, checked all the wiring of my whole house fan, went and got a new switch, new belt, installed and checked the unit function. Very pleased with the work and the cost. Getting a quote on updating my panel. I’ll call them again.

Zimmerman communicated well throughout the whole process and helped me out a lot with upgrades on my new home. Would use again!!

Ryan said needed to drop a neutral wire to fix all my office wall outlets. Returned once because another outlet did not work and that was just a trip breaker. Few days later noticed another outlet in office not working and called him back. Found there was a short in an outlet that had burnt wires. short was due to loose connection. I'm very certain this was caused when they pulled out my outlets over most of the house and that is what loosened the wire and caused the short. Ryan said not their fault and he would have to replace a new wire again to fix both outlets. I never did have good feeling about this guy and it was decided that I did not want him working on it any longer. I called new electrician and they did not need to replace a wire at all. They also greatly doubt I needed a new neutral wire dropped for the first problem). Just a new outlet and plate. fixed both problems. I believe this was do to poor work or bad work done on purpose to get more money. I found Ryan to be very overbearing and at one put kept telling me I'm rude and getting closer and closer to me and I was actually afraid. I would not trust this company. If you don't know anything about electrical, it doesn't take long for the contractor to know that and rip you off. Hate to write reviews but felt this was necessary.

The guys showed up on time this morning. They changed out our meter base to a 320 amp and installed an additional disconnect for a future project. They were professional and did an outstanding job. County inspector approved and said it looks great. Will recommend Advance to my friends!

These guys were awesome! Fast, professional and fairly priced! We have an older home and it is hard to find experienced contractors to work with our old wiring. Mashall Electrical removed old fixtures and installed 14 high end light fixtures in our home. They were able to problem solve issues on the spot and came up with solutions that avoided busting holes into our plaster walls. Highly recommend for your next job!

Officer manager has terrible social skills. Instead of listening to what a costumer is asking she automatically jumped to conclusions. I would never deal with costumer service and office manager.
