We called Joe Schmo because of a few problems with an outlet and a non-working doorbell. Jeremy was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He found that the work by a prior electrician sub-contractor resulted in two wires, from the panel to the attic, being drilled into and split. He replaced both wires and everything worked again! Charge was fair and work was completed in a short amount of time.

The technician diagnosed the issue and for electric panel switch the price for replacement was reasonable. However, for a normal wall plug replacement i was charged $140.... that's quite unreasonable.
overall i got my problem fixed but i won't call them again if i need electrical help

Austin was amazing. He was so helpful in deciding what kind of lighting we needed. We ended up installing LED disk lights for 2 rooms and installed a fan. He was efficient and friendly. He started and finished within 4 hours. We will definitely use him again.

Technician called ahead and arrived within the time window I was given when I made the appointment. He was very courteous and efficient. The dispatchers were very nice to talk to and worked with me to find an appointment time that I could work with. The invoice/receipt that I was given has all of the details listed on it, as well as my filter size. That is very helpful for record keeping. I accidentally messed my electric up big time, and got the run around from a few other companies. RC Electric was very responsive and came out same day to look at the problem. They took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. They were able to fix the problem for about 10% of what another company had quoted me within 24 hours, and they were able to come up with a really solid cosmetic fix in addition to fixing the electric issue. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I'll definitely be using them for some major projects coming up over the next few years.
