Rinder Electric did a fantastic job with some wiring issues I was having. They knew exactly what to do and were very professional about the whole thing. I am always a little careful when having a company I don’t know come do work in my house but these guys were not only extremely professional but their customer service was outstanding. I have nothing but the best to say about them. If I need an electrician again, this is definitely the company I’ll be calling.

Called yesterday to get an estimate. They came today and called ahead to see if it was alright to show up early. Estimate was lower than the others I have received and because it is an easy job they are doing the work tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with the fair price, fast response, and friendly professional manner of everyone that I have dealt with.

Requested an estimate May 4, 2018. Met with Brett May 11, 2018 to review the work needed & was told it would be mid-June. I called back June 13th & was told to call back June 20th to schedule work. I called June 21st & was told his company was too busy to handle the project. I have lost a whole month on this project. A true professional would have admitted to being too small to handle a job when he saw what the job was on May 11.

Great guys, great work. If you can get them (they are always super busy) they will do excellent work.

I originally gave sdf 5* because of their great communication. That communication came to a quick end after I paid for 3 things to be done and only 2 were. I texted him 3 separate times being told I would be contacted on Sunday to schedule it.

If you do hire them, absolutely do not pay before you're 100% satisfied because you'll never see them again.

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

Based on my experience dealing with them while my house was being built by Arbor, I could not recommend them in good faith. The amount of errors and rework that was needed on jobs they did as well as the general sloppiness around the worksight and lack of attention to detail will cause me to look elsewhere for any electrical needs I would need.

John repaired the outside meter box that had pulled away from the wall due to cable settling for me. John was knowledgeable, responsive, and handled all the AES/IPL interaction to assess the issue, determine a satisfactory solution, and day-of-repair disconnect/reconnect. I would use John again for any Electrician related need.
