They came out to give me an estimate to upgrade my service on an older home. They asked about my overall plan for the place. Once I told them what my plans were they advised that I really did not need to upgrade. You can not get honesty like this very often. We used 21 Electric to have 3 ceiling fans wired and installed in our house. We submitted a request online and they got back to use right away. We also had some questions about the process and Kennedy responded quickly each time. The installation process was quick and efficient. Our fans look great and we have no complaints. I must say dealing with Noah at Branch Electric has been like a breath of fresh air. He is prompt, professional and eager to please. I had two decorative lights installed on my garage with a motion sensor by Noah. He came when he said both to give the estimate and do the work. Right after installation, the sensor was not working properly and Noah came back very quickly to replace the defective part. His service is all about the customer. I am so excited to have the lights! Branch Electric is a subcontractor who worked on our home. Apparently the contractor did not paid him. We received a letter where they were going to put a lien on our home.... We paid him directly and worked everything out. They did good work.
