Had the best service from Wayne today came in knew exactly what he was doin an had my kids power up in no time highly recommend you get him if your lucky I’ll be asking for him if I need anymore work done fast knowledgeability was on point didn’t try to over charge or take more time then needed like others. I contacted Advanced Electric (AE) a few weeks ago to get an estimate on a few odd jobs, Installing a new entryway chandelier, running new lines to my office, removing a satellite dish and it's cables, and putting in a new light box. First estimate looked great, but we wanted to get a different light for the entryway and put the originally planned light in a different room. I also needed to get some new hardware for the install; I had a few questions about this and AE very patiently answered them all.

New estimate also looked great and we scheduled for a few weeks out. Day of, Technicians arrived on time; we did a quick walkthrough of the jobs, answered a few questions, and they got to work. Throughout the day I received updates as jobs were completed so I could verify everything was the way I wanted it. Masks were worn and social distancing was observed.

Very happy with the level of service and pricing. AE will be my first choice if I have a job they can do in the future.

They came out to hook up a desiccant needed to dry out our crawl space. When they connected the desiccant, they disconnected our central air without our permission or knowledge. And did not re-connect our central air until the following day. The unit has not worked since they disconnected it.

We have used Sam and his team twice and had great experiences both times. Once when getting ready to sell our house and requiring various work on a very short timeline to get our house on the market. We used SDF again after moving to get our new house updated and hot tub ready. Sam does a wonderful job and provides competitive pricing!

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.
