The entire project took only a few hours; which included all upgrades to meet current codes, a new kitchen hood, 6 light installation and a new ceiling fan. We woke up this morning and our pool pump had stopped. In a quandary I checked the breaker and it was not flipped. I then checked the pump and the exterior AC plug to find it had literally fried at the pool's exterior outlet. I checked YELP for electricians close by and Branch Electric had a few excellent ratings. We called Joel (owner) at 10 AM and he was here at 1PM, much to our relief. He diagnosed the problem readily, had the necessary equipment to rectify the problem, was efficient and very reasonable on cost. I highly recommend his services.

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

They are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They have great attention to quality with their installation as well. I have no problem recommending this company to my family and friends.

I called Branch Electric this morning and spoke to Noah about my electrical issue. He tried to help me over the phone to save me a service call fee but was unable to. He came to my home within the hour and fixed my switch/outlet issue quickly. He was very professional, friendly and did not over charge. I would give Noah and Branch Electric the highest rating possible. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Great Service!!

Not a good experience at all, I called them 30min after the 8am appointment to ask if they were still planning on coming today to be told “we had a team meeting this morning, they will be there in 15min, it is what it is”. Arrived an hour late and then I come home to this is how they leave the electrical panel. Horrible experience.

Had new circuits run from basement box through crawlspace to desired location. The crew was great to work with and highly professional. Overall, a great value of service and cost. I have used them for two projects thus far, and they will be my first choice for any future work I may have.

Farrar has integrity in their work.
I hired a contractor to do a kitchen remodel who subcontracted the electrical to Farrar but never paid them.
Even though they didn't get paid for the job, they still stand behind their work and provide a warranty. They came back and corrected an issue at no charge to me. The employees who came to my house were professional and clean.

Called for an estimate, scheduled an appointment and NO ONE SHOWED UP at the scheduled time. I called to ask if there was a problem and could we reschedule since no one showed up and NO ONE called me back!!!
