The wiring in one of our light switches was randomly sparking. They were able to set us up with an appointment within a week. Billy P. was the technician who came out to the house. He was friendly, considerate, and patient. He not only explained what was wrong, but also explained how it went wrong and how he was going to fix it.

I have other electric projects I would like completed and will certainly utilize their services in the future.

Dowdy just installed my Generac backup power generator. The crew arrived on time and was sensitive to my need to limit the amount of time I was without power. With my sloped lot, they did an excellent job of leveling the unit. The lead technician was responsive to my questions as he walked me through the unit's operation. All pilot lights were relit after the gas service was interrupted. The work area was cleaned up before the crew left. Overall, an impressive compant!

Rinder Electric really helped us out today. They showed up on time and got our outlet working again in no time. I was very impressed with the way they handled everything. They are extremely skilled and their customer service was excellent. It's so nice to have a contractor in my home that's respectful and who knows how to get a job done quickly. Outstanding service and professionalism. Had an “open neutral” issue with numerous outlets not working. Was told by a different electrician i needed to tear out drywall. Called 21electric. Paul called prior to arrival and went right to work. Within an hour he had the issue resolved, it was an old wire nut had come loose in the closet fixture. Price of repair was more than fair. Will definitely use them again

Adam from Godby arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my problem. A clogged condensate line on my ac/furnace causing it to leak inside the house. He cleaned it out and added an open port so I can pour vinegar in the pea trap once a month to avoid future clogs. He noticed that the drain line felt loose. He went it the crawl space and found a mess of pvc pipe that wasn’t installed correctly. He fixed it by cutting the pvc to size and glueing it together properly. I appreciate his attention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly. I will use them again for future projects I want to do.

I accidentally messed my electric up big time, and got the run around from a few other companies. RC Electric was very responsive and came out same day to look at the problem. They took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. They were able to fix the problem for about 10% of what another company had quoted me within 24 hours, and they were able to come up with a really solid cosmetic fix in addition to fixing the electric issue. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I'll definitely be using them for some major projects coming up over the next few years.

Ruben did a great job for us! He was very professional, efficient, and friendly. He found a way to use what we already had in place to install the new outlet, saving us money. Everyday during the week I drive on 465 and so does van #1. Everyday that van drives very fast, it’s not just 1 day or once in a while they blow past most people on the highway.
Today was over the top, in the fast lane there was a truck and the van was so impatient that he chose to cut me off running me into the other lane which caused that lane to slam on the brakes. Your horrible driving almost caused an accident this morning.
One thing I promise is if you cause me to get into an accident I will be suing your company.
Ermco, you need to hold your people accountable. You after all are liable for their actions.
