Great company to work with, I highly recommend them. They assisted me with rewiring part of a new home and some other issues such as new fans that we didn't time to do ourselves. From the initial sales contact to the technicians that came out; everyone was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Their price wasn't the cheapest, but after everything was done, I was happy that I went with David Electric and felt every penny was worth it. Don't mess with anyone else, just call them.

They came out to hook up a desiccant needed to dry out our crawl space. When they connected the desiccant, they disconnected our central air without our permission or knowledge. And did not re-connect our central air until the following day. The unit has not worked since they disconnected it.

Building a house in Fox Hollow, I would have to say Cross Electric was definitely the bright point of our building process ,their guys were very knowledgeable and courteous, answered every question we had, well over and beyond our expectations, I would strongly recommend Cross Electric for any job.

Based on my experience dealing with them while my house was being built by Arbor, I could not recommend them in good faith. The amount of errors and rework that was needed on jobs they did as well as the general sloppiness around the worksight and lack of attention to detail will cause me to look elsewhere for any electrical needs I would need.

I had an electrical issue and they sent our this young guy that didn't know anything and was in my home for about an hour. He stated he will have to make an appointment and come back. Well another Tech came out and fixed the issue within 1 hour. This was supposed to be covered under my HSA but instead they sent me an invoice for $204.00 billing me for 2 hours and the tech wasn't at my home for about 45 minutes to an hour.. If you value honest companies do not use them. I am going to report them to the better business bureau... The person i spoke to was Sarah a real piece of work, not willing to send an invoice to my HSA for payment NOW i;m stuck paying this padded bill.

Jaime came and changed out three of my old outside lights to new LED lights which look amazing and make it so much brighter at night. He also updated all of my outlets in the entire house. He was very nice and I was comfortable with him in my home! I will be using MW electric in the future.
