Best LED Lighting Upgrades in Indianapolis IN

I contacted Advanced Electric (AE) a few weeks ago to get an estimate on a few odd jobs, Installing a new entryway chandelier, running new lines to my office, removing a satellite dish and it's cables, and putting in a new light box. First estimate looked great, but we wanted to get a different light for the entryway and put the originally planned light in a different room. I also needed to get some new hardware for the install; I had a few questions about this and AE very patiently answered them all.

New estimate also looked great and we scheduled for a few weeks out. Day of, Technicians arrived on time; we did a quick walkthrough of the jobs, answered a few questions, and they got to work. Throughout the day I received updates as jobs were completed so I could verify everything was the way I wanted it. Masks were worn and social distancing was observed.

Very happy with the level of service and pricing. AE will be my first choice if I have a job they can do in the future.

In search of an electrician to come out to my house, I called three numbers, Noah's being the third and he was the only one to answer, and it sounded like he was busy in the background. He came by the house, fixed what needed to be fixed, and answered all the how does this work questions I had. Great guy, will be called again, if needed.

Very professional and knowledgeable team. Installed 8 lights in my barn/garage about 6 months ago and was very quick. They also cleaned up after them selves and took the trash with them. I will be using them again and will recommend them to others.

Called them to get an estimate to do the electrical rough-in for my basement. The phone number went to voicemail and the voicemail message said to text him. I left a voicemail and txt him about the job. Never heard anything back from them. If you can't give a customer a call back that plans to spend $5k-$7k on a project, then I don't have much confidence you can do the job well either.

One of the men that did work on my church was extremely rude and argumentative.

I am a property manager and have used Frye several times on homes that I have under contract. These guys know their stuff. They are prompt and get right to it. Knowledgeable and reasonable in cost, too. Let's face it, a licensed electrician isn't going to work for nothing, but I don't want to be gouged, either. Their prices are what I would call reasonable, and I've always been satisfied. From the lady who answers the phone, to Michael who does the scheduling, right down to the electricians they send out, is is a pleasant experience throughout. They don’t want to charge right away for service they will send you bill in mail so they can charge you 4 times double such a rip off stay away from them very expensive.

I have used Joe many times over the years as my go to electrician for big or small. He’s hung lights, ceiling fans, and wired up a hot tub for my personal property. He has completed multiple electrical upgrades for our salon and rental properties including identifying faulty electrical in our early 1900s multi family building. Joe is trustworthy, accountable, and very friendly who is always willing to help. I would highly recommend Joe for both residential and commercial electrical work!

Showed up one hour late. After waiting 3 weeks Randy said he couldn’t assemble a small to mid sized chandelier above a table. I explained job in detail to scheduler. Would have been nice had they listened to me before booking someone who cannot assemble crystal chandeliers.
