Great service overall from the start of working with them. Easy to schedule an appointment, reminder notices of the appointment. Arrived on time and was able to determine what the issue was with our doorbell not working. Fixed the issue for us. Came back a few days later to tweak another issue quickly. They treat their employees poorly, they take the cheapest route to fix things. They will find jobs too big for them and won’t meet the due date. Will hit you with change orders left and right to get you to pay more in the long run.

I had recessed lighting installed in my kitchen and entryway, as well as the old lighting removed. They were prompt throughout the whole process from quoting to finish. Their work was very professional and treated my home like it was their own.

I had called Branch Electric about two small issues we were having and Noah's response was immediate because he happened to be traveling through our area! He was thorough, resolving one issue on the spot after spending a lot of time investigating. He came up with a plan for the second issue that is weather-dependent so we're in a wait-and-see mode til it rains again. (Given the forecast, we'll be calling Noah back by the end of the week!) Definitely a provider to call for any electrical needs!

I found Noah to be responsive, work done on budget but took a half day longer than projected. His crew cleaned up after themselves.

They installed a new box in our garage when we bought a house on Indy's south side about 10 years ago, along with some other installations and updates. We liked them enough that when we remodeled the kitchen about 5 years later, we called them back. On both occasions, they were fast, clean, friendly, and the work was high quality.

License plate TK999NGV drives a bit aggressively to be in a company vehicle. Not a good look. I am closing on a house in early June that needs a lot of electrical work, and I know I will not even think about choosing this company!

I would 100% recommend for your residential electric needs. Recently, I used them for the second time (at different residences) and they came out the same day to provide an estimate and finished the work the next day. Not only was I appreciative of their punctuality, they were very honest and have competitive pricing. They did not try to sell me on other items I needed to get my house back up and running and simply solved all my needs. I found them very helpful when informing me of the situation regarding my breakers with what the problem was and how it needed to be solved. I will definitely reach out to them in the future for all my electric needs.

We had a chandelier installed recently and are very happy! A.G.S. does excellent work and the price was very fair. They were on time, very courteous and you couldn't even tell anyone had been there. I highly recommend this company!!
