Best Electrical Repair And Replacement in Indianapolis IN

Called this company to have them come diagnose and FIX an electrical issue with my automatic pool cover. I opted to pay $99 to have the technician come urgently as I was paying a lot of money to keep the chemicals in balance. The technician came out and tested a few things only to tell us that there is a short somewhere and left.
When I hire a professional to come to my house, I expect the professional to fix what I called them for. I have a call in and am waiting to hear back from the manager. This may change my rating but currently unhappy with Joe Schmo Electrical.

Great service and he and his colleagues are great guys. Down to earth and hard workers. They did a hot tub install for me. I will defiantly be using them again for my attic renovation i am planning to do.

I scheduled my regular A/C tuneup with Godby. My technician was Dan Adams. He was very professional and cleaned my unit like it hasn’t been done before. He noticed some unusual noises coming from the compressor. He checked and my unit is still under warranty. Parts have been ordered. Completely satisfied. I have been a Godby customer for 45 years, in the same house! It’s gotta be Godby.

The guys who came were awesome and fast. They did in 30 min what another guy couldn't do in 2 days. High recommend.

I originally gave sdf 5* because of their great communication. That communication came to a quick end after I paid for 3 things to be done and only 2 were. I texted him 3 separate times being told I would be contacted on Sunday to schedule it.

If you do hire them, absolutely do not pay before you're 100% satisfied because you'll never see them again.

Mr. Darwin Bird and his staff at RU Electrical Service, Inc. provide excellent quality electrical work to their customers. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird.
