The technicians were professional, courteous and efficient. They discussed and explained the issue and the fix and provided additional information to prevent similar issues in the future. I received a call prior to their arrival as I was told when making the appointment. They arrived exactly on time and fixed my issue quickly. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and value and will use Joe Schmo again for future needs.

Jesse was above and beyond this homeowner’s dreams: on time, professional, and careful. He is an attentive listener, knowledgeable (and glad to explain and share his knowledge). He had recommendations for less hot and cheaper to run track and under cabinet bulbs and fixtures, but did not push me to replace them. He is a pure delight!

I can’t recommend highly enough this company. My mother was in hospice at the time we needed major electrical work and the compassion and professionalism far exceeded any expectations I had. I spoke to Sam who was very professional and getting me scheduled in a very timely manner. I also can't say enough about Patrick. Patrick was incredibly kind and humble, and did an absolute AWESOME job installing my ceiling fans. He came up with a work around in order to install my ceiling fan in the kitchen. He was professional and left the work area nice and clean. I highly recommend SDF Electric. They are now my go to for any electrical work! Thank you Sam and Patrick!!

I've had three major installations done with by Branch:
* Installed my 220v hot tub electrical outlet and ensured everything was installed to building codes.
* We had our whole basement wired, branch found it would be best to install an auxilary panel, so that the install was perfectly professional. It consisted of an entire Inlaw's quarters (kitchen, bath, laundry room, living room, and bedroom). We even had another hot tub outlet put in!
* I also had our 220v electrical car charging station installed by Branch. It works perfectly, and I use it daily.

Th installs were fast and there was no mess left. I also found Noah, our installer, to be knowledgeable and a real people person. Looking for solutions, and not just to make money.

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

Used their services at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and another employee of ours used to work for them. Very poor company with very poor standards.
