Best Electrical Job in Indianapolis IN

I felt like the. Service and the Quote didn't match. Not satisfied.

Sent someone quicky. He installed new plugs in the outlet. A few days later, when I opened the faceplate, the plugs were in there crooked. I called the co. They sent the same person even though I requested not to. At first, he told me that was the best it was going to get, but after I argued a bit, he finally put them in straight. I will never call this co. Again

Duane is awesome! Explained what was going on with our electrical panel, came in the next morning to install the new one (our preference, he offered to do it that night!) and was quick and efficient.

Great communication before and during service. Competent technicians who take time to explain their analysis/diagnostics in terms anyone can understand. First time used by me personally - will not hesitate to use them again after this trust building visit.

I am glad that I went to work there i have learned a lot about electric since I went to work there . I really do appreciate them taking the time to teach me and the opportunity . We woke up this morning and our pool pump had stopped. In a quandary I checked the breaker and it was not flipped. I then checked the pump and the exterior AC plug to find it had literally fried at the pool's exterior outlet. I checked YELP for electricians close by and Branch Electric had a few excellent ratings. We called Joel (owner) at 10 AM and he was here at 1PM, much to our relief. He diagnosed the problem readily, had the necessary equipment to rectify the problem, was efficient and very reasonable on cost. I highly recommend his services.

We experienced great service from Justin and another electrician that came with him. They installed a pole light, figured out why multiple outlets and a carriage light weren't working, and installed a lighting fixture on our vaulted ceilings. All of this was done at a very fair price. We'll be calling them up for any electrical needs we have in the future!

They sent a guy to my house to give me an estimate. I told him what I wanted done, and he said one price would cover it. I asked him if he wanted to go around and count the number of receptacles and he said no, one price will cover it. They were at my house today and want to charge me $2000 more for the work the estimator told me one price would cover. This experience has been bad. I would not recommend them. I just called their office and talked to the guy who came out to the house. He acted very hostile and mad. I would not give them any business.

After writing this review I was contacted by the owner. He came to my house and attempted to make things right. He was a nice guy and made sure the additional work was done. I was still charged for it, but it was a lesser amount. It doesn't change my other contact with this company.

Matt is the best electrician ever! He has fair, actually great prices and high quality work. He installed my light fixtures in less than an hour. He totally made my Mother's Day Weekend!

Joe did a great job installing a new 50AMP circuit for a hot tub. It was a lot of work to add a two doublers to the panel, pull 100ft of wire through the finished garage, crawl space, and out through the brick exterior. The work was very clean and tidy.
