From the first call to the electrician that they sent to my home…they were all professional. They communicated well and did what they said they would do. The tech was patient with me and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.

Great service and sticks to pricing estimates. Hired them to install a GFI for a hot tub. Arrived on time courteous and so easy to do business with. unfortunately there was a problem with my panel. The previous owner double tapped three breakers and they could not hook it in. Curt explained, sent pictures and gave me a surprising low quote to change the whole panel in order to give me some extra breakers. Second time out. Arrived on time courteous and finished the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend Ratliff for all things electrical.

Noah and Justin installed a stand alone generator to run our whole house in case of a power outage. It works phenomenally any time there is a storm or power outage due to whatever. Three times in the last 4 months it has come in handy. Not losing power means we don’t lose heat we don’t lose internet life is able to keep going without missing a beat. It’s a Kohler generator and it works every time Noah and his crew were very clean punctual in everything they did and the price was worth every penny.
