I would have a talk with whoever drives the black rusted Ford van with your name on it. May want to discuss better driving habits if your going to blow through parking lots and cut people off to get into Lowe’s.

This company did work on a home we bought. We received the invoice for the work done during the closing process. After closing, a family member who is a master electrician came by to check the work when a lot of lights were malfunctioning. They did shabby work that we have now had to re-do. Luckily our family member could do it for us, but as new home owners it was a frustrating experience and one more thing to add to our long to-do list. This company will overcharge you for bad work.

superb work ! clean cut and know their business. They ran electric line when we installed new furnace , ran new lines for extra lighting and installed new lights for me . So glad with their work! terribly recommend them

I spoke to Sam who was very professional and getting me scheduled in a very timely manner. I also can't say enough about Patrick. Patrick was incredibly kind and humble, and did an absolute AWESOME job installing my ceiling fans. He came up with a work around in order to install my ceiling fan in the kitchen. I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. I highly recommend RU Electrical Service, Inc and I will continue to be a long-time customer.

Good work at a far price

We were having some issues with the low voltage wiring connecting my doorbell , power was getting to my chime, but not to my nest outside. Josh showed up on time and jumped right in. He was able to narrow the problem down to a wire that was being pinched by my storm door. I opted to do the work myself when I had more time to remove the door frame and there was absolutely zero resistance. Extremely friendly, very professional and zero pressure to have them do that work. Absolutely without a doubt will use them in the future for any electrical needs. Thanks Josh!

John repaired the outside meter box that had pulled away from the wall due to cable settling for me. John was knowledgeable, responsive, and handled all the AES/IPL interaction to assess the issue, determine a satisfactory solution, and day-of-repair disconnect/reconnect. I would use John again for any Electrician related need.

Had a standby generator installed. They were lowest of the four quotes I got, and could do the install right away versus me having to wait 2 months like one of the other quotes. Josh and Russ were great to work with. Found them through a referral from my neighbor who was also very pleased with his generator install. Fair pricing, great service and professionalism. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
