RC Electric was recommended by an electrician friend. The GFI plug in our garage failed, knocking out the entire electrical circuit in our garage. We had a refrigerator / freezer on the circuit as well as our garage doors. I called RC Electric before they opened, expecting to leave a voicemail.
Much to my surprise, one of the owners answered the phone and took my information. They followed up with my wife immediately upon opening for business, and they sent an electrician to our house to resolve the issue before noon. We were back in business with no loss of the food in our refrigerator / freezer. RC Electric completed the job quickly, professionally and at a fair and reasonable price. I would definitely call RC Electric again should the need arise.

King Electric has done many projects for us in our old historic home in Ft. Ben. John is always honest and truthful with the level of effort to complete the job. His work is excellent and has stood the test of time. We have used John for re-wiring jobs, new electrical in an attic and garage, several new receptacles, lots of new light fixtures including moving of the light locations. I can’t say enough about my experience with MW. We had our home remodeled and a different company did all the work. Of course they did a terrible job and we were forced to hire someone to fix what we already had done! MW was so great through the whole process, explained what needed done, quoted fairly and was able to complete the required repairs faster than I anticipated. Will definitely be calling them again I. The future, they just got themselves a customer for life.

They installed a new box in our garage when we bought a house on Indy's south side about 10 years ago, along with some other installations and updates. We liked them enough that when we remodeled the kitchen about 5 years later, we called them back. On both occasions, they were fast, clean, friendly, and the work was high quality.

We had Aaron’s come out to install new carriage lights on the front of our home in September, and a new light post for our yard. The guys did a fantastic job, were very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Frye Electric did a great job for us on a Saturday emergency call!

I had a red hot connection coming in from line side to the top of our house load center (breaker panel). This was on the verge of being a house fire if went further! I shut off the mains and starting looking for emergency help (on a SATURDAY no less). Contacted a competitor first (who shall be un-named), immediate answer service, but indicated they couldn't be out until July 6th!! WOW, so much for emergency service.

Then I contacted Frye Electric. Emergency service operator was just as friendly. However, I got a phone call from Hal within minutes to ask for details of my issue. He said he would make a couple of calls and call right back. Within minutes, he said Cody was on his way.

Cody arrived, did the inspection, was able to come up with a safe & effective solution! He was kind, courteous, and diligent to help us out! Cody expressed he wasn't leaving until we had power no matter what it took!

Power was back up within a few hours! Very impressed especially for a late afternoon Saturday!

Verbally received an appointment set time but no one called and or showed up. I have not heard anything. This is not how I do business; especially, with a first time customer. I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone. I should have read the reviews before reaching out to them but I was referred by someone which they had poor experience too.

They terminated stress cones incorrectly on my job and cost us tens of thousands in rework. Hacks.
