We called Joe Schmo because of a few problems with an outlet and a non-working doorbell. Jeremy was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He found that the work by a prior electrician sub-contractor resulted in two wires, from the panel to the attic, being drilled into and split. He replaced both wires and everything worked again! Charge was fair and work was completed in a short amount of time.

He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. Joe did a great job installing a new 50AMP circuit for a hot tub. It was a lot of work to add a two doublers to the panel, pull 100ft of wire through the finished garage, crawl space, and out through the brick exterior. The work was very clean and tidy.

I would not use this company. I failed inspection due to improper grounding and very unsafe wiring practices.
