Best Electrical System in Indianapolis IN

Mr. Darwin Bird and his staff at RU Electrical Service, Inc. provide excellent quality electrical work to their customers. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. I highly recommend RU Electrical Service, Inc and I will continue to be a long-time customer.

Grate place to do do business

I needed to get some large fans installed at my office. Jake came out and gave me a quote at a great price and started the next week. The crew was excellent! I couldn't be happier with the quality of the service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Its OKAY

Based on my experience dealing with them while my house was being built by Arbor, I could not recommend them in good faith. The amount of errors and rework that was needed on jobs they did as well as the general sloppiness around the worksight and lack of attention to detail will cause me to look elsewhere for any electrical needs I would need.

King Electric has done many projects for us in our old historic home in Ft. Ben. John is always honest and truthful with the level of effort to complete the job. His work is excellent and has stood the test of time. We have used John for re-wiring jobs, new electrical in an attic and garage, several new receptacles, lots of new light fixtures including moving of the light locations. I would highly recommend King Electric for anyone who needs quality electrical work.

I have worked at InPwr for over a year now, and this is still the best company I have ever worked for! They are a true family and do what is best for all of their employees! I can honestly say I hope to retire from here!

Not helpful and did not care if received business. Do not cater to people who work and have hard schedules. Just called to get a quote to have some lights replaced. Would not give quote over phone which I understand. Someone has to come out to give quote but would not work with me and my schedule.

Not a good experience at all, I called them 30min after the 8am appointment to ask if they were still planning on coming today to be told “we had a team meeting this morning, they will be there in 15min, it is what it is”. Arrived an hour late and then I come home to this is how they leave the electrical panel. Horrible experience.

Professionalism

Closed for good and out of business... why why why did you have to leave??? Was one of my most favorite places to stop in on my way through north indy. Hopefully we will start seeing their overstock inventory hitting the auction block soon! I don't think they had a closeout sale at all.

I employed Gleam Electrical and Lighting Design to design and install exterior lighting for three different properties that I oversee. Their exterior lighting has completely transformed each of these properties. I truly believe that the exterior lighting not only added unmatched beauty to these properties at night, but also enhanced their property value. Many of our friends have complimented us on these properties, since the exterior lighting was installed, and asked who was responsible. I gladly and highly recommend Gleam! Needless to say, doing this type of project (3 very different and very large properties) was a tall order! However, the Gleam team was very professional, creative, knowledgeable, dedicated, reliable and pleasant to work with. As a customer, the overall experience was phenomenal...start to finish! Give them a call, you won't regret it!
