I had a tree fall across the power line to my house and the electrical meter and lines were badly damaged so I needed all new equipment. I put a call in after hours and Nathan had returned my call to let me know that he would have a crew out to my house late morning to early afternoon. The crew arrived and completed the job within a very reasonable amount of time and had also communicated with Centerpoint so they would know when to arrive and reconnect thr power. This was my first experience with Brotherly love and I will use them again and will recommend to anyone needing an electrician.

Rolan Bowes came by last week to address an issue we were having with our Ethernet upstairs.This turned into more of an issue because the builder had neglected to label the wires in the main panel properly.Thanks to Rolans patience and persistence the issue was rectified.In todays competitive home repair market I believe it is paramount to have people like Rolan representing West Houston Electric in the field.Thanks again,Bob Primrose.

Great Master Electrician. I had 3 bids for installing a new circuit at my home. The work was done in a timely manner, Curtis kept me informed thru out the project, cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was satisfied with what was done. Curtis happened to be the highest bid of the three bids that I got but as the saying goes, Good work ain't cheap, cheap work ain't good. I would certainly have him out again.

I was recommended this business and it delivered stupendously! Quick response time and they came out same day to check out the power box and electric vehicle charger installation area. They ordered the parts and came back to install it two days later. Quick and easy, I highly recommend 10/10!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Stay away from these people! I don't understand all these positive reviews on google. Yelp is full of negative reviews and I did not see that prior to booking an appointment, the reviews are so true. We had a minor leak and did not want it to become a bigger problem as it was raining. We looked at google and came across this company and we’re unfortunately misled by the positive reviews. We decided to give them a chance. When I called to book the appointment, a lady made no mention about a Trip Fee and the service team will evaluate the possible problem and give me a quote. That all sounded good at the time. appointment. Two guys came to our home, and went to work. There is an issue with the air duct placement that caused the leak, I have moved them and you will not have the leak anymore. They pulled out their tablet and showed the charge is $150! We were flummoxed. Not at the price, but rather the fact that we were never given an opportunity to decide whether or not we wanted them to fix the “problem” or the fact that we were never given a quote and inform us about their findings. Then they approached me with the option to buy a membership instead of paying for the service and also tells me that there is $69 trip fee!They are supposed to evaluate the situation and give me a quote, not fix (if you wanna call it that) and force me to pay the charges. There was no Trip fee as per the customer service lady. I called the customer Service in front of them to sort out these charges and the lady refused to talk to the service guys, that was so strange! She just kept apologizing for their unprofessional behavior while the guys rushed out of our home and slammed our doors. Not once, but twice!

Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt.
