Our power went out and I needed an electrician as fast as possible, but the electrician who came to my home initially was not a good fit for our project. I had to wait all day for him to show up and he argued with me about a few things before leaving. Luckily, when I called the electrician later that night, he was able to come over and complete the job in time.

After my stone mason lied about his electrician being licensed, and they totally removed and disassembled my whole electrical panel and circuit breakers only to learn afterwards that the guy had no license (!), I called the City Permit office and then West Houston Electrical to coordinate complete removal of everything again, plus some of the stone, due to cold air coming through cracks. Few problems found and items were not sealed properly. But Drew with West Houston Electric did an excellent job coordinating with Centerpoint, the Permit Office, and the stone mason to get everything corrected and completed and turned back on, all in one day after a full day job. This is a very good electric company with procedures and services far beyond typical electricians. They also notify you with a picture ID of the electrician coming to your home, and when they are due there. I highly recommend this firm.

Called for furnace tune up. They refused to do the tune up because the credit left belongs to the last owner of the property. Since, I am the new owner, the transfer of credit cannot be done. I have to pay for the new tune up service under my name. Even the previous owner of my house said that this was a non sense excuse.Suggestion: you saved one tune up but lost a potential customer. Is it worth it?
