West is good about notifying you about appointments and when electrician will arrive. Ryan had to do some analysis to sort out problems but did so and had repair parts on truck. He was polite, friendly and competent.

Douglas Palacios arrived as promised to diagnose the electrical issue in our kitchen. He found out our dishwasher and garbage disposal have been causing the circuit breaker to trip off sockets in the kitchen. Douglas was very friendly, professional, and technically knowledgeable. He provided clear options to resolve the issue, and we look forward to his professional skills in solving the breaker issue.

There is a lot of AC repair services in Houston, but there is no a lot of them whit 24 hr service, this people save me from summer few months ago, i really recommend.

Brian did an amazing job installing some window shades I bought online. He fixed the holes in my walls, hung up a mirror I needed help with, reinforced all my other pictures and hangings so they were secure, and made sure everything was to my liking. He even fixed my squeaking door on his way out! Brian was very efficient with his time and was very professional. He even brought his own booties so the house wouldn't get dirty! I would definitely recommend Brian and this company for any handyman needs. My money was well spent!

Erick was courteous and paid attention to detail. He gave extra thought and effort to diagnose the problem and the patiently explained the options. In the end he cleaned the drain exiting the kitchen sink. The pricing was very reasonable because John Moore was running a special. I hope their normal pricing will still be somewhat reasonable in the future.
