I contacted West Houston Electric initially to fix a problem with some recessed lights and to install an outside motion detector light. They responded in a very timely manner and sent Drew out to access the situation and give me a free estimate. We also discovered that my electrical box was in a dangerous state and I decided to have that replaced as well. After getting several estimates I found their quote for the job to be reasonable considering the scope of work.Drew the electrician was extremely prompt, personable and got right to work. I am sure I pestered him numerous times with questions throughout the day and he was very patient with me and explained things in a way that I could understand. I also felt confident in his ability to take care of the tasks at hand. He needed to come back a few days later to finish the job (the delay was my fault, scheduling issue) and was even able to install a ceiling fan for me on short notice since I broke mine the night before. I would definitely recommend this business and would give Drew high marks for his service.

Lone Star Electric was owned by another and 5 years ago under previous management, a new electrical panel was installed upside down at a client's home and would not pass inspection when they went to sell it. The homeowner reached out to Lone Star Electric 5 years later (present day) and asked if they could help resolve this problem. Though they did not own Lone Star Electric at the time, the current owner/management , stood by their name and their work, and sent two electricians out to my client's house and spending 4 hours working on rebuilding and correctly installing the panel, all at absolutely no charge to my client! Their professionalism is unbeatable and though I personally had not used them for electrical services prior to this, I am very very impressed and will recommend them to all my clients! Good work Lone Star Electric!

Contacted 2 other electrical companies to install a genetator interlock kit, but they either didn,t provide service or too pricey wanting to install something else. ALL SOURCE ELECTRICAL came right out and very reasonable. I explained what I needed and they took care of it along with a whole house surge protector also purchased. I appreciate the friendly and courteous service and professionalism. Thanks to the tech Dan for explaining and informing while performing the work.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. Good quality work and great experience ?

TJAT completed a major electrical project for my backyard remodel including upgrading my service from 100 Amp to 150 Amp, replacing old service panel with 2 new panels, buried my overhead electrical service wires with underground wire, added a new service panel from my outdoor kitchen, added additional electrical service to pool equipment area, wired my AquaCal SQ166R Heat Pump/Chiller and repaired the existing wiring for my 3 pool lights. They also installed 4 Atlas fans and 2 chandeliers in my outdoor kitchen area. Very pleased, will use in the future for al of my electrical requirements.

I worked here. Not worker friendly. But hey this is Texas. Here it’s business first employees last.
