I made the mistake of hiring a handyman to install my ceiling fans, nice ones. He broke one and installed it anyway and the story goes on... I called Paul Richard Electric and they were out here the next day. Installed the fans and made new fan boxes for all, because the screw threads on the plastic ones that were there were all but stripped so basically the fans could have fallen from the ceiling at any time. I appreciate the fact that they bothered with the safety factor and didn't treat it like just another job.

I called West Houston Electric in order to have a Transfer Switch installed for my recently purchased mobile generator. I was scheduled for the arrival block of 10am to 12pm, the company called asking if I was free for the early slot of 8am to 10am. Fortunately, I was available.The tech assigned to my job, Rolan, arrived around 8:30 am. He was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Not just to me, but to the interior and exterior of my home. He was upfront about the process and pricing of the job I had inquired about.Once the prices, which were somewhat higher than expected, were discussed and agreed upon, he promptly began working on getting the Transfer Switch installed. The install is very clean, easy to use, and has some safety features as well.After the install, Rolan conducted a safety check of the house including outlets and smoke detectors. We sat down to discuss his recommended fixes and prices for them. Their prices are a little on the higher side, but they include their labor rate in the pricing of itemsThe overall experience was excellent, even with their higher than expected prices. I'd recommend Rolan to others seeking a professional and knowledgeable electrician. I will most likely call West Houston Electric and request Rolan for any future services.

We had Engleton Electric out today to fix an electrical issue causing our AC to keep turning off. Joe and his technician were awesome! They got us all fixed up and things are cooling off. Great company and awesome owner!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt.
