Received excellent service. Tae the electrician was very knowledgeable of his job. Answered all questions and explained everything he was doing. He gave an estimate before starting work as requested. Very courteous and pleasant to speak with.

Customer service was very poor. I spoke to DUANE who says he's the manager was condescending & unprofessional & hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced a total lack of respect like this. We recently purchased a home with a generator & called Wired to come service it since we have no experience with generators. The tech who came out was timely & courteous but when we asked about a gas meter to run the generator he didn't know & said to call his manager for more info so I did. The manager said to call Centerpoint to install the meter then call him back, so I did. When I called the manager back to request follow up service (as he directed me to do), he said I had to pay the full fee again & when I questioned the fee he became argumentative and extremely rude. Will NEVER use this company again. BEWARE!

I had an appointment scheduled to install two exhaust fans in the attic, the day before I texted Efrain to confirm, and it was confirmed. The day of the appointment they did not show, I tried calling them multiple times, no response. They have my phone number and obviously the address and did not even call or text to say that they were not coming. It was a big waste of time. I will never hire them again, can't be trusted. Do no call this company if you plan to get electrical work done in a timely manner.

First off I would like to say that I had a very dim lighting in both my kitchen and my garage (builders placed cheap fixtures). I requested a quote for candid lights and Mr. Cele gave us a very Reasonable quote for 7 candid lights. We were so impressed we asked Mr.Cele to come install 4 more. My husband has started to refer him to all his friends because he leaves his work very clean and professionally done.

I contacted Allsource Electrical for a bid on 8 can lights installed in our ceiling, with easy access to walk around in attic space. I read the reviews of Allsource Electrical and felt they were a reputable company and provided a great service. A very respectful young man gave me an estimate for the install. We agreed on the price and I signed and approved the estimate. We scheduled the same week but had to postpone one week due to illness. We rescheduled and when the electrian showed up, he stated the estimated price had changed and was now 4 times more to install the lights. He explained he made a mistake entering the work to be performed, but he could try to negotiate on our behalf to get a better deal. He came back with a reduced price, but still was twice as much as the original quote. I was disappointed that I rescheduled my day that affected others when they could have notified me about the increase and their error. I felt the experience was similar to buying a car that the salesman had to reach out to his supervisor for a better deal to offer me. Very disappointed.

I work in commercial/retail property management and my company has used CPL for all of our electrical needs over the last year, since we were first referred by a mutual business partner.From the very first job, we were truly impressed by the communication, professionalism, quality of work and value. Anyone who has worked with any of the skilled trades knows that finding a company that has ALL of these qualities truly is a needle in the haystack. CPL has completed jobs for us as simple as changing out one light fixture style to another to running new wiring tens of feet and have even done a few investigative fixes for us on some things that I certainly can't explain the minutiae of (but Chris, the operations manager can), I just know they got fixed...like the giant sign on the front of our building that sadly sat unlit for months and now glows beautifully!The bottom line is, you're going to get quality work at an honest price and you won't be in the dark about anything (no pun intended). Chris is very transparent and communicative about the whole process and while it may or may not sway your motivation to work with CPL, I don't think it should go without noting that he is a notably kind person to work with.

Cody and Jerardo installed 2 fans in my new home. They were amazing! Very professional got the job done very quickly. They worked together and made the job more efficient. I love my new fans and feel very confident in the work they did. I would highly recommend Texas Electric.

Would definitely recommend Camden Electric. We utilized this service for light installation and were very pleased with the owner’s style of work. He took his time and was very knowledgeable about the equipment we needed and what would be most aesthetically pleasing. We actually rehired him after we were forced to remodel our entire home after the Texas freeze. He was able to troubleshoot all of our lighting issues and make sure our home was safe after discovering a few wiring issues. Our house looks so modern now and we always get compliments on the lighting. We are even able to use an app to control the lighting from our phones. We would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of troubleshooting/repair or any lighting upgrades.

We had Engleton Electric out today to fix an electrical issue causing our AC to keep turning off. Joe and his technician were awesome! They got us all fixed up and things are cooling off. Great company and awesome owner!

Joe and Edgar were absolutely excellent in caring for my house’s needs. We have aluminum wiring and were told by another company to just “sell our house” or pay $20,000 to rewire! Joe and his team calmly said that wasn’t necessary at all, installed a new breaker and meter, answered all our questions, and even answered questions about pig-tailing. Excellent company

Just spoke to Viki on the phone and she helped me with a lot of great suggestions for my lighting project. Look forward to doing business with these folks in the near future. Very easy to get along with so far.

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
