Justin came out on an after hours call. He was super helpful and informative and had my power checked out and back on quickly. He also answered two follow up calls I made to him, after what I'm sure has been a long week he was still incredibly patient with me and had all my questions answered. I can't thank him enough.

Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, he was very reassuring about priorities and safety. He stayed longer after the repair to check which circuit was overloading and why, and was able to narrow it down to a space heater that was pulling too many amps, so this won’t happen again, and won’t destroy any wall plugs. He was able to give me a quote to redo the whole thing but there was absolutely no hard sell or scare tactics. I’ve been looking for a company to be our go-to; and I’ve definitely found it.

Tech Theo did a great job for our interlock installation, and was very responsible and considerate in the whole installation process. He even helped install Sense for our panel, and help us figure out the adjuster needed to wire 4 prong 30amp to 50amp. He went above and beyond and pointed out the incorrect grounding bushing the builder has put in. I strongly recommend west houston electric.

Curtis Electrical Solutions has been our electrician for more than a decade. He rewired our 1938 house during an extensive remodel, installed our outside lighting and AV, and most recently installed a circuit for a water pump. Super polite and professional (which is rare for a lot of contractors) on my first call over to them. They had an appointment that had freed up the very next day so I booked the time slot on the spot.The next day, on time, Edgar called me to let me know he was 15-minutes away. He arrived promptly, had on PPE due to COVID-19 but pulled his mask down temporarily (as a courtesy) outside the door so we could see his face for safety reasons.Edgar then proceed to go over the diagnostic process, the flat fee that covered the diagnostic and any minor repairs (any major fixes are TBD fees of course). We agreed to the terms and he proceed to go to work on it. He found the issue quickly (home builder wired a 3-way switch incorrectly) and proceeded to fix the wiring.During the entire process, Edgar patiently educated me on the issues he found, and explained to me in details what he would do to correct the issues which was highly appreciated just because I love to learn new things (student for life). Definitely a well deserved 5-stars for Edgar and The Local Electrician! I just saved their phone numbers for any of my future electrical related issues and needs.
