Great to do business with Right Touch Electrical! They are good people!

We had Lone Star wire a new electrical box with new fuses, add the wiring of outside lights and an outside outlet, and do all the wiring for a hot tub. We paid them cash. We have had nothing but trouble. The outside GFI plug kept switching off. It's been replaced 3 times, twice by Lone Star. The electrician who replaced it today waterproofed the housing and pulled a ground wire out of the wall to attach it to the plug. DUH! In too big a hurry to attach a ground wire? The spa is the biggest problem. The wrong wire was used underground, so now we have to pull out all the ground work and the spa to have the correct wire installed. Also we need a switch within 12 feet of the spa to cut off the power which is a requirement. This alone will cost us upward of $2,000. Lone Star isn't returning calls or answering text messages.They do not guarantee their work. The last time we spoke they wanted $600 to come out about the switch. I do not recommend them.

I had the lighting replaced in the master closet. House of Power did a great job getting the work done promptly and at a great price. I would definitely recommend them for electrical work.

I am new home owner and had previous electrical work done by another contractor. I didn't know at the time but it was a really bad job. This visit was a blessing to not only me but my house and family. Mr. Electric sent out Francisco to install 1 front door light and 3 outdoor floodlights. The company informed me that he would arrive earlier than scheduled which was a good surprise. He was very professional and courteous. After installing the first light without any problems he moved on to the second and oh boy that is where the problems begin. The old breaker for the circuit to all the oldside lights were totally wrong. So instead of 120v going thru the line, it was 250v. This is why my old flood lights failed in the first place and needed replacing. Franciso went above and beyond to find this out. He was all up in my attic tracing the wires back to the fuse box and figured it out in no time. When he replaced the old flood lights the metal bracket was all burnt and fried black. This was a fire hazard waiting to happen. If it wasn't for Francisco's hard work I would have never found out. I want to thank Mr. Electric for sending him to my house. If you want peace of mind and quality work done right at a reasonable price do not hesitate to call Mr. Electric. Definitely my new go to electricians from now on. Thank you Francicso so much.

Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt. Brian did an amazing job installing some window shades I bought online. He fixed the holes in my walls, hung up a mirror I needed help with, reinforced all my other pictures and hangings so they were secure, and made sure everything was to my liking. He even fixed my squeaking door on his way out! Brian was very efficient with his time and was very professional. He even brought his own booties so the house wouldn't get dirty! I would definitely recommend Brian and this company for any handyman needs. My money was well spent!
