He very quickly identified our issues and explained what was causing our problems and the safety risks that we had in a clear and professional manor. He outlined why we were having the problems and made recommendations on what repairs were needed to return our electrical service back up to code and SAFE operations. Mr. Johnson completed the work and again explained why it was necessary.
