Service man arrived with his mind made up I needed a new furnace He checked it and told me he wasn’t going to do anything because I needed a new surface, then proceeded to quote price and give me payment plans. This was during the freeze. I’m out of here we’re his words when told we wouldn’t be buying.After two more nights of freezing temps I called ONE HOUR technician came told me a hose had been chewed and the Capacitator had to be replaced. 30 minutes later we had heat and survived the freeze.
