I needed an electrician ASAP and Mr. Electric was able to send someone out within 2 days. Robert Untermeyer was not only professional, but also personable and hilarious. He was extremely helpful and was able to get everything done in a timely manner. I would 100% use Robert again if we ever need any more work done. I am very satisfied and will be using NextDoor Electric for any future electrical work. I needed an EV charger professionally installed, and this place was in the neighborhood. I never used NextDoor Electric before, but after reading all the reviews I decided to give them a chance. The reviews don't lie, NextDoor Electric is excellent. They worked with me to set an appointment that worked best for my schedule and answered any questions I had prior to the appointment. On appointment day, they were able to get me a very reasonable quote and perform the work all within the stated appointment window. The quote came in lower than I expected, and much lower than the recommended installers from the EV manufacturer themselves. On top of that, NextDoor Electric warranties all of their work, making them a great value.One thing I will note is that EV chargers are still relatively new, and each manufacturer has their own special installation instructions. Please don't expect NextDoor (or any electrician) to be product experts for every charger out there, there will be some on-the-job learning and double-checking to make sure the install is done correctly. I won't knock NextDoor Electric on this detail because its new for everyone. However, I saw Tae (the installer) take several pictures and notes to send back to their office that I hope will be used for future jobs.Finally, ask for Tae, he's a good guy and very friendly. Very thorough with his work, and cleaned up after the job was done.

This Electric company and Technician have the best service and professional technician name Robert Viema. This Technician was knowledgeable and professional with his craft. He showed up and time and took care of business. I highly recommend this guy and company. He installed three beautiful ceiling fans and three pendant lights.

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
