I needed them to come back to finish fixing a leak in my toliet. I was in a text thread with the dispatcher and technician. The technician randomly jumped into the conversation and accused me of lying (for literally no reason - it was weird).I typically don’t report / complain about bad work, but now that the technician crossed the line I’ll give a blunt review of their work:Extremely rude, lazy, and didn’t try to figure out what the problem was and just recommended to replace the whole toliet. I just had another company check it out, and they said all I had to do was replace a small part because there was a crack in it. Would’ve costed me $1,000+ if I just listened to the tech and replaced the entire toilet. Instead, it costed me ~$150.Extremely disappointed and would never recommend turbo to anyone.

one of their drivers on friday october 11 was going 90mph on i45 and switching lanes way too fast. this was between 3 and 4pm. In the process not only did they almost crash into my but their driving sent rocks onto my windshield. If they’re THAT careless as drivers i can imagine the sloppy work they must do.

Had Big D visit to provide quite for whole house standby generator. Very nice and first question was did I have other quotes. I said yes and he then he proceeded to tell me that they start at $16000 and can run up to $24000. I told him that I had quotes for 24kw in $11/12000 range from excellent companies. He then said he will not waste the time to quote for either one of us. As they were just starting in the standby generator business, thought they might be a little more competitive. Wrong. John Moore does a lot of advertising and I hope people don’t translate that to good service and not get competitive bids.

I had upper cabinets reinstalled from 2017 because that contractor did them wrong and they fell on me! I also needed a pergaloa's corrugated top re secured. I called on a Monday and the job was completed the next day. I was looking for someone to do the work in a timely manner. Most handyman srvices were booked or never got back to me.. Ace Services is second to none in that department. Their work is guarenteed for a year. Of course, all that comes with a hefty cost.Fortunately I had a great service person do the work. Cesear was the handyman who came out. He was right on time, explained and showed me what he was goint to do. He was meticulou, efficient, knew what he was doing, and overll did an excellent job.I deducted 1 star for my interaction with the person who answered the phone and did the scheduling. Her forced friendliness and continuoulsly cutting me off wasn't appreciated. . She also insisted on booking me for a 4 hr time slot. I got her down to a 3 hr time slot. I had called another Ace Handyman location . That person was sincery friendly and accurate with her estimate of a 1 - 2 hour time block. . The job took 1.5 hours. This Ace Services in the Clear Lake Area of Houston is fortunate to have such a skilled person as Cesear working for them. I hope he's getting 50-60% of what Ace Services charges!!! The 1.5 hour job cost me $275.00. under the rate of $115/hr, $50 trip cost and $35 for material (completed 2/22/22)..
