Best Garbage Disposal in Houston TX

Robert was awesome!! He found the problem, went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening and how the repair was going to work, took long hours to do the job right, and was friendly and considerate the entire time! I felt comfortable with him doing the repair and would absolutely use Abacus again!

I needed them to come back to finish fixing a leak in my toliet. I was in a text thread with the dispatcher and technician. The technician randomly jumped into the conversation and accused me of lying (for literally no reason - it was weird).I typically don’t report / complain about bad work, but now that the technician crossed the line I’ll give a blunt review of their work:Extremely rude, lazy, and didn’t try to figure out what the problem was and just recommended to replace the whole toliet. I just had another company check it out, and they said all I had to do was replace a small part because there was a crack in it. Would’ve costed me $1,000+ if I just listened to the tech and replaced the entire toilet. Instead, it costed me ~$150.Extremely disappointed and would never recommend turbo to anyone.

Mr Turner went above and beyond. He did a great job! I'd call him again.

Fixed damage to the side of our house. Fast and friendly and repair was as good as new. Thankful for their help. Will call again in the future
