We used Right Touch a year ago to update our electrical service and we were impressed with their workmanship. . This time I had a problem with a light switch/dimmer. Spoke to Carly who saidshe would send Chris the next day to check it out . The work was more extensive than I originally thought it would be but Chris fixed the problem that day. Never use this electrician!!! We had given them a simple contract to change the low amps cable to higher amp & they blew up our credit card machine, icy machine, 2 big freezers & printers in our store. It costed us twice of what we were suppose to pay them!!

He is always responsive, polite, articulate, on time, and hires others to work for him who match his professionalism. Equally important, he does great work at a fair price. When he or someone on his team leaves my or a client's house, you'd never even know they were there to begin with, except for what they fixed or installed. I have a very short list of providers that I feel comfortable giving to my real estate clients. Curtis is at the top of it.

This place is a scam. The testing assessment is a joke the instructor , she doesn't know a thing about electricity or electrical work A waste of your time. They never called back. Had to call them.They tell you to be on time they're a half hour to 45 minutes late. Completely unprofessional. The company needs a new H.R staff.

Cruz, came in to restore my power after the winter freeze. He also helped on fixing my AC which didn’t turn on when power was restored. He also helped me on my plumbing issues. He works above and beyond!
