Not that they need any more positive reviews, but I'll add to the slew... Paul is the nicest electrician you'll come across. He's super responsive too! Edwin is just as professional and courteous. I was able to get them and their crew to come do a bunch of different jobs at my property within a reasonable amount of time from my call. They do the job right and to code, which is what you want. No funny business here!

Wired's electrician was supposed to arrive at my house on thursday sep,24 before 5pm. The electrician was still not at my house at 5:30. I called the company at that time and was informed that he was running late. I rescheduled for Monday between 12-3 (I took off work for this). Once again the electrician did not show up. I called the main office and requested an update at which point I was basically stone walled and told to just wait patiently. They refused to give me an updated eta. They may be decent electricians however, I have taken 2 days off work to have this work done and it has not taken place. I will never use these people again, as I feel they can not be counted on to do what they say they will. If you want a company you can count on, this is not it.

We bought a new house and the electrical equipment hadn't been updated since the house was built in '83. Half our lights would go out in the rain. We found out we had to replace the entire external electrical system (breaker box and meter)! Not only did Daniel from Lone Star give us a quote that was less than two other companies, but when they did do the work, you could barely tell any work was done! They used the existing holes in the wall to secure the wiring and box, and cleaned up all the grounds afterwards! I would definitely go with Lone Star the next time we need electrical work.

Had to get our entire electrical panel replaced. We appreciate Daniel's prompt visit the Friday before Father's day, and his willingness to get the job done the next day which was contingent on Centerpoint being able to shut the power off for Saturday. Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt.
