Was recommended by a friend. Highly satisfied! I called and spoke with Kathy. Kathy got an electrician out to me the SAME day. They got my outlets working and even completed an inspection on my property and found several safety issues I wasn't aware of. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Excellent customer service, fast, friendly, knowledgeable electricians, fairly priced and no gimmicks!

Terrible! I had an appointment from 3-5 today. I cancelled work, clients, and arranged for kids to be picked up from school. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called and left a message and within minutes Jeremy who was supposed to show up called. They obviously informed him right then and he said he had told them he couldn't come. No one informed me! They wouldn't even have called. Wasted two hours of my life. Is this how people run a business?? Will not be using their service, or should I say lack of. Save yourself the time and call someone else. not even worth a star

In the past year I’ve used their services twice for two different works. Every time it is so much pleasure to see how Curtis perform no rush inspection of the problem, explaining every single step that needs to be done in order to fix it. After making an estimate of the cost and our agreement on the date, he will show up on time, diligently fixing the problem, leaving place as clean as it was before he started the work.In addition to being wonderful professional, Curtis has very pleasant personality. Anybody who needs electrician for the job, will not regret hiring Curtis. I highly recommend his company and wish them a great success!

Made an appt for 50ft high soffit lights exchange. I could not find exact matching replacement lights in loews or Home Depot before the anppoint and I had to order from Amazone. I rescheduled, and was charged 95 dollars for first visit. First, I was not notified of the fee until the day of the job. That is excessive and not good customer service.

Vetcore Technology fixed my electrical problem, they were on time and very professional. I will be doing business with them again!

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

Mr Electric were there when I needed their help late one night. The lady answering the phone was professional and knowledgeable. It was not an emergency so I elected to have them come out the next day. Marcus was the electrician and he was the consummate professional- knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Marcus gave me my 3 options along with his professional opinion on each option. I decided on the safest option and Mr electric scheduled the work for the following morning since they would have to power off the house during the work. I could not be happier with Marcus’ work and with Mr Electric. I will use them in the future when anything goes wrong with my electric supply to the home. I just hope it will be a long while! LOL.
