Best Wall System in Phoenix AZ

From start to finish, this shower remodel was excellent. We got price quotes from a few different places and Allure just had the right crew and professionalism to make our choice easy, John and his crew are very professional and they truly want to make sure you love what you get. They provide all of the recommendations you need to get your dream shower. We converted our stand alone bath tub and shower into one big shower. It is a spa-like now with extra attention to details you can only get from a professional. I would highly recommend them.

Remodel of the main bathroom, Friendly contractors. Install Manager, not responsive and was very unprofessional in communication with the customer. The large tile was not installed per the recommendation from the manufacture so tile walls are uneven in shower. They did attempt to fix it, but you can't fix the tile being installed incorrectly. Susggestion: READ the preferred installation INSTRUCTIONS from the manufacture on the box..
They do not do any drawings so communication between trades needs help and monitoring... Somethings get over looked and then can not be completed like placement of niches in shower.

I think this project was just out of their scope of what they can do, but they sold it as they could handle it..

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. He was terrific at letting me know what he was doing. I was impressed with his skill and work ethic. I would recommended this company 100%

This company referred us to a contractor who was married to one of the workers and didn't tell us. They redid much of the tile and trim multiple times, still a fail on all counts. They couldn't lay tile straight or even height, and cut the Schluter wrong multiple times, and forgot to glue the trap under the shower which would have resulted in flooding under the floor and the wall to fall out. We were out thousands and thousands of dollars before we fired them and finally got a new contractor to finish the job. If you want basic, track-home, contractor-grade performance, this is your place.

Update: This outfit advertises they are a remodeler, but turns out they do not do any remodeling, so we don't know why that is in their name, but instead just told us the contractor to use, and in bad faith failed to reveal the marriage connection, so that one can apparently get caught up on their delinquent divorce support payments. No such list was otherwise provided. The only thing provided were some floor tile and some Belmont cabinets, which were measured wrong, had wrong leg/support hardware, and missed a kickplate. We were told the tile is hard if not impossible to scratch, which turned out to be 100% wrong. The extra tile supplied was due to the other tile plus 10% overage all used up since it was all cut wrong. The job was not completed in time as we did not get the materials in time and we did not send any completed remodeling photos, despite the claims noted herein.

ATR Handyman is a fantastic, family owned business. They are helpful, accountable, professional and educated about the jobs they complete. We have been completely satisfied with the work that they have done - we have them hired out through the next few months to continue doing work on our home. His range of expertise and abilities are impressive. Looking forward to getting our light fixtures replaced in the next few weeks!

Need a actual honest to goodness Handyman that really does know what he is doing? This is the real deal! We had several projects from small to large and Jeremy along with his co-handyman (sorry I forgot your name) finished with QUALITY all of them in less than 5 hours! FHR did a GREAT job on my patio in Scottsdale ! They had to remove my old cracked tile and cement and replace it with new concrete and an acrylic coating. The workmanship was top notch and the team they had there cleaned up the site very well each day and always were concerned and made sure I was satisfied. I am delighted with their work, Oron and his teams do excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their home! THANKS FHR you are the BEST!

This company is not in Scottsdale, They're in Tucson. You get charged a $150 trip fee for them to provide an estimate. Please don't advertise as a local contractor and then try to pass the travel costs on to your clients. It's deceptive and completely inappropriate. Thanks.
