Did not come across like a shark like other salesman do but i felt comfortable in what he was selling!Scott Whitmore was very responsive as a project manager. He was very easy going and pleasantly met our needs for this install as far as timing and questions. Nathan and Dylan were on time to install the shower and did a great job with clean up as well..It seemed like they werent even there my bathroom was so clean after!Just very good experience from start to finish!

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. We have used Ruidoso for tile installation, interior painting and exterior painting. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unparalleled in my opinion. The tile work include over 1500 sq feet, with two areas using a herringbone pattern and several other areas being 'directional'. They included borders of both solid color and diamond patterned borders to great effect.

Our paint work included white trim and off white walls with a dark accent color on select walls. The result is we feel like we are getting a brand new home.

Jeremy and his team showed up to assemble furniture, hang art and curtains, etc for my sister and I.
First of all, he is wonderful at communicating. (Answered all our emails promptly, which impressed us, as we live out of the country.)
His attention to detail is top notch. He is a perfectionist at getting things straight!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.
If you want your job done right and no hassles this is the right company. 5 Stars on all counts.

We asked Andrew to talk us through options with our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel and he was able to provide some amazing ideas and suggestions. All the work was professionally done and it was great to see everything come together. We ended up tearing down a kitchen wall, moving plumbing, electrical, and water lines, and a complete gutting and redo of our bathroom. Both look awesome!
