Best Roof Installation in Phoenix AZ

Kevin and Jason installed a large spa patio cover at my home taking the better part of 3 days (delivery of material, installation and cleanup) on this installation and they did a job that has absolutely nothing to be critical of. I'm a man that spent a career building teams at various companies, mostly in the Aerospace world, to create new departments or fix organizations that were broken. My largest organization was over 100 people. I can best say that if I needed 2 people for my organization and either of them were interested, I'd hire them. Other than an occasional break, they were non stop, efficient and even had a sense of humor for somebody (me) who was constantly watching their progress. Whoever was responsible for hiring them, congratulations on knowing what you were doing and from your customer, thanks for doing it.

I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. It is really a stressful time to have your kitchen torn up for weeks but all the people I interacted with during the remodel were great and provided excellent quality work. I just love my kitchen everyday (still pinching myself after 2 years) and get nothing but compliments from everyone that comes over. I recommend Steve and his folks at Homework Remodels.

TWD was hired in 2011 by Pulte Homes to paint the exterior & touch up the interior of many homes in my neighborhood (WestWing Mountain in far N. Peoria) after some issues with water seepage were found around windows and a major re-stuccoing was required. They did excellent work and were always friendly, prompt and respectful. But that is not what led me to post this review.

In September of 2014, almost 3 years after their work was finished, I found myself in a bit of a jam. I needed to do some minor touch ups to my interior walls, and unfortunately the paint can they'd originally left me for this purpose upon completing their work in 2011 had been accidentally discarded. I remembered TWD had left me a note with some specifics about the paint they used, but unfortunately HD, Lowes & Sherwin-Williams weren't able to make sense of it. So I called Pulte directly, and they looked up my address and gave me the specs for the paint color they had listed as the standard paint color for my home. After having Home Depot mix up a batch, it was clear that my home had a custom paint job, as the shade Pulte gave me was very noticeably lighter.

On a whim, I called TWD and was put in touch with Kevin, who could not have been kinder or more helpful. After doing some research, he told me of a infrequently used color choice Pulte may have used on my house, and told me he would call back and let me know if he could get me some details on it. When he called back, not only did he give me the paint name & information (which Pulte themselves could not provide), to my surprise he insisted that he would have a quart of it mixed up for me and have someone drop it off at my door the very next day, free of charge. Needless to say, he followed through with this, and the paint matched perfectly. When I told him how impressed I was that he went so above and beyond (I had really just wanted the paint info so I could go buy it myself), he told me that's just the way they like to do business and he sounded genuinely happy that he was able to help.

Without hesitation, I recommend TWD for your drywall & painting needs. Not only do they do great work, where else are you going to find a company that would go out of their way to proactively deliver a free can of paint to a house out on the far edge of town 3 years after a job is done, just to make a boneheaded homeowner like me happy?

I love my home now that Maxum has replaced all my flooring. I had carpet everywhere now I have beautiful wood like tile throughout. I'm amazed by house big and open it looks now. Great job Maxum!

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.

We first contracted Joe and ABA to remodel our master bathroom and replace the cabinets in the guest bathroom. We were so impressed that when we decided to remodel the kitchen they were the first and only company that we called. I love the new kitchen!! Was so happy to find a contractor who would do a small job. Others are only interested in securing large orders. Very happy with the speed of getting things set up and the quality workmanship.

We had Rhino do a remodel of our bonus room. The owner was responsive and always kept me in the loop about when they would be on-site. I always felt informed and they showed up when they said they would. The price was reasonable and the finished project looks fantastic. We will definitely use them for future projects.

**UPDATE: We had Rhino come back and do a close-in of a room to turn it into an office. As before, the work was beautiful and quality. They came when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. Always a pleasure to work with them!

***UPDATE: We had Rhino come back again and do pavers for our back and side yard. The workmanship is so good and the price was reasonable. I always appreciate that they are there when they say they will be. We will be in touch with them again when we are ready for another project!

XLT installed tile flooring at our new home. They were efficient, timely, and the crew was kind and respectful. There work is absolutely stunning and quality is top notch. We love the floors, they are leveled and the grout lines are perfect, and anyone who comes in comments on how nice the tile looks. The owner, Lionel, and crew leader, Alonzo, were quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We would absolutely recommend them!

We are so happy with the detail and workmanship by Tony and his crew . The job exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them in a heartbeat. The entertainment/ fireplace wall completed in tile, and the tile they added to our bathroom was perfect! Thank you.

Jeremy and his team showed up to assemble furniture, hang art and curtains, etc for my sister and I.
First of all, he is wonderful at communicating. (Answered all our emails promptly, which impressed us, as we live out of the country.)
His attention to detail is top notch. He is a perfectionist at getting things straight!
Above all, his attitude shines. He has a positive energy, and is pleasant to others.

No call back. They were listed as a general contractor. When I did speak to 5hem about my bathroom remodel they just said no.

We have hired Matador Construction to do walking shower. They did amazing job in bathroom Remodeling. very professional, Great work, outstanding customer services. Ruben was very talented and knowledgeable .gave perfect advice. They have done all work in timely manner and have great skilled technician.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
