Todd Whittaker Drywall remodeled our kitchen beautifully so when it came time to get out bathtub area tiled I thought of them. Ron LaBrie, who was our designer for our kitchen, stepped up again and did a beautiful bathtub area design with tile and special niches for soaps and hair needs. All of their people from demo to clean up were great. We were totally pleased with the job done.

Without a doubt the worst SUB-contractor in all of Arizona if not the country.
They know nothing about building and the hire the cheapest subcontractors who also know nothing

I am 100% pleased with Graco. My neighbor and I both had our flat roofs replaced. Abraham was really helpful and honest. They also followed up quickly after the sale when we had questions. They worked with my insurance company and everything was covered without compromising the quality of my roof. I am adding this for my neighbor, at his request because he doesn't like to post anything online.

We had a second home in Az. flood from an upstairs toilet. I gave them a code, they took care of everything, including assessing, fixing, big fans to dry out, mold prevention, patched and repaired ceiling. Couldn’t even tell we ever had problems. All for $5000. Great timely response, which was needed in this situation.

Matador Construction help me achieve the backyard paradise that i was looking and dreaming for. their attention to detail and DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME attitude is amazing. they truly care about the workmanship that they put into their jobs. with recently having a pool installed the work crew in comparison was night and day! Matador cleaned up before leaving the job site EVERY DAY! they took extra care to not make a mess across the newly installed turf as well. with how i saw each crewmember working i know i had found a long term contractor for all of our future projects, the communication is 100% anytime there was a delay I got a call before I had to wonder where the work was at. with everything so up in the air with COVID it is a breath of fresh air to know that communication on project timeline and material was always at top of mind with Matador construction. I'm so excited to get our next home project going with all new floors and interior paint with kitchen remodel using Matador. Thank you for the amazing work and honest/ fair pricing.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

We asked Andrew to talk us through options with our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel and he was able to provide some amazing ideas and suggestions. All the work was professionally done and it was great to see everything come together. We ended up tearing down a kitchen wall, moving plumbing, electrical, and water lines, and a complete gutting and redo of our bathroom. Both look awesome!

Best Option Restoration of West Phoenix recently cleaned up and restored damage from our old HVAC unit in our two-story home. From the first contact on the phone, Daron did an excellent job of communicating our options and following-up on the progress of the project. Our condos UNFORTUNATELY contracted this company to complete balcony restorations. In addition to severely under quoting us with financials AND time, they take ZERO responsibility in securing their workplace. They have slowly, and surely stretched their legs out, taking up more room than originally described. Each time, they have given us the excuse that this was “unforeseen”. Because they do not have the correct equipment to appropriately complete the job, they have invaded on our freedom by leaving their equipment on our property, and expect US to be responsible for what happens. This job was too big for them, they should have never let us believe that they were able to do this. The original proposal stated that we would be without full use of our property for only weeks. Weeks turned into months; SEVEN to be specific. But I was one of the lucky ones. Some have gone without access to their balconies for OVER A YEAR. NOW, apparently a transient accessed one of their scaffolding, and instead of them being responsible and securing their own equipment, they SEALED our back doors, leaving a sliver of sunlight in many instances tacking on our prison sentence for who knows how long. Funny thing is, they locked us in, and those on the outside have access to the locks. When I asked if the reason they locked us in is because of ONE person that they were unable to control, “Paul Lo Pinto ie; PJ” said, “Yes, we sealed 51 units because of one man”. Who does this? I pay an excessive amount of HOA money only to be stripped of my amenities because this construction company got in over their head. We are prisoners, and management finds it amusing. How much more will you strip from us? Haven’t you taken enough? Lastly, there is NO WHERE in the contract that gives permission for these people to board us inside, take our parking, block private streets off and threaten tow people who try and park on the street, wreck rooftops, cause deep seeded cracks in resident’s ceilings, take our lounge, proudly begin construction at 5:30 am, 5 days a week for over TWO YEARS, etc. If they only would purchase the equipment necessary to complete the job on time, and hold themselves accountable for their equipment, we wouldn’t be TRAPPED in our homes. Don’t hire these guys! It is a HUGE mistake! They do not think about the residents, they only think about what will save them money, so they can put more in their pockets. See picture attached. This is what we have been dealing with for well over a year, even if they aren’t working on your specific property... because it’s “easier”. Keep your money, Porter. Us homeowners regret the day you stepped on our property.

Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Buyer Be Ware! ABC was hired to execute repair work at our residence as a choice from our Insurance provider. Unsatisfactory work was completed and more damage than repair was done. After numerous calls and unsatisfactory or no response, we refused to let ABC in or near our home. The repair work had to be completed by another contractor.
