Best Roof Damage in Phoenix AZ

So far I’m impressed. I REALLY appreciate that they seem straightforward and haven’t used scare tactics on me. We’ve had a couple of cockroaches spotted over the course of several months and they were reassuring that it’s not an infestation and didn’t try to scare me into starting their services. Sooooo appreciate that! But we’re starting a monthly service with them just as maintenance/preventative because one cockroach is one too many for me!!!! Also no contract no gimmicks just stop making appointments when we don’t need/want the service. Again, so far I’m impressed!

Invader Pest Control has been our exterminator for many years. Bugs are gone! If we have a problem (scorpions in the hot weather) Invader will use the correct chemicals to eliminate them. They did termite service several years ago and we haven't had a problem since then. Thanks Invader!

They were so nice and friendly. I was having a problem with pigeons making a nest under my solar panel and pooping on them. Aldo and Chance came and clean all the poop, nests and all debris from my roof. Then they added a wire and spikes across the peaks and ledges so the birds can not land on them. They also added a non damaging (on my solar panel, to help save my warranty) mesh around the solar panels. I would highly recommend them for your extermination needs! 5 stars all day!!

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

Been using AZ Pest Prevention since we bought our house in 2002. Service is top notch, prices are reasonable. Steve and his employees are always courteous and great to work with.

Very diligent and reliable. Came out multiple times over several weeks to make sure the problem was taken care of. Worth the money to get elimination done professionally. Recommend!
