My mom was in need of a repair on her porch after a storm last year. After many attempts at finding any kind of contractor I came across Tim Mesic and his company. He came to my moms trailer and immediately assessed the situation. Tim took the time to contact the insurance company and get a reassessment of the damage. Upon approval from the insurance company the work was done within two weeks. My mom is thrilled to have a new porch. I highly recommend Mesic Contracting for all your mobile home repairs and construction.

I got referred to Handyman Connection through my partner whose parents had used them for a bathroom remodel years ago. We collected a couple of estimates but decided to go with HC because of their competitive quote and their history of doing quality work.

I haven't done a home renovation project before but the first phase was a renovation of the master bathroom. Allen was great with communicating and after a visit to see the potential project he was able to give me a quote which he stuck to.

It took some time to gather all of the materials, but once that was set it didn't take long to schedule the start of work. Mark was the main person in charge of the remodel and he was very friendly, showed up on time every day at 7AM, and did high quality work. There were a couple of things that needed to be adjusted along the way but he made it easy to bring it up and address. He was also good with communicating with us about timelines which was helpful as we coordinated with city permit inspectors as work was completed. In the end we were extremely happy with the finished product.

Because of the great work that they did on the bathroom, we decided to have HC do the flooring and baseboards in the majority of the house. We're also quite pleased with the finished product there too and again there were no surprise costs compared to the original estimate.

I won't hesitate to recommend HC to anyone interested in a renovation and I'll certainly be coming back in the future for projects of my own.

Ken Hawk and his team are amazing. They took the nightmare of needing a home restoration and turned it into an amazing remodel experience. My house never looked this good. I was very sceptical at the beginning because all the other 5 Star restoration companies wanted to just rebuild me the same house that I had before, but Ken totally had a vision for transforming my house, and he did just as he promised to do. I was really impressed. Ken's team is amazing to work with. I just need to give a shout out to one member of Ken's team: Saul. I would not trust another human being to do a very minor paint touch up above newly installed beautiful carpet, but I trusted Saul and fixed the minor issue like he always does to perfection. If I ever need another restoration job, Acuity Builders and Construction is the company I would call without a doubt. Thanks for everything Ken.

We initially hired DRC to complete some plans for an extensive renovation to our Scottsdale home. Dale made representations about their ability to do architectural plans, engineering calculations and also complete the construction. We should have read the signs early, he was an hour late to the initial meeting and then, during the next 9 months it took to get the plans finished, there were lots of mistakes and omissions. It felt like I was marking homework from a pre-schooler. Every time the next set of plans were provided there were omissions, mistakes and forgotten items we had spoken about at previous meetings where I had kept notes.
Dale never turned up with any notes, never took any notes and rarely remembered anything we spoke about. His attention to detail is lacking and his pricing is ridiculous. He wanted $27k for a portable potty rental and $8k for a new hot water heater!
The initial budget was $650k and this was confirmed to be still on track at a meeting in May (8 months in) where we requested an update as to when the plans would be finished and when we could get a bid. We finally got a partial bid in August after putting pressure on him, the bid came back at just under $1.3M (admittedly there were some optional additions included that would have reduced the price by circa $150k if removed) however the bid was still $500k over all of his estimates. We now have a set of plans that we paid $12.5k for that are useless as most of the items we designed were based on the pricing advice of Dale coming in at circa $650k. They will have to be re-done by a real builder. DRC pretends to be a one-stop-shop with all trades on staff, however, they work out of their house and rely upon outside trades to do all the work.

It seems like DRC are a “mom and pop” outfit that are playing outside their lane. They need to keep putting up garden sheds and leave the real building to professionals. Do yourself a favour, KEEP LOOKING!

Jeremy and Jayce are the absolute best! I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. Then I found Jeremy and from email one he was straightforward, helpful and quick with a quote. I had to wait a little while for his service but it was totally worth it. He was very fairly priced and hardworking. Jayce did an awesome job with the drywall, he is for sure a drywall expert! In fact, it looks way better than the rest of my home now because of his skills! If you are lucky enough to have found this listing don't hesitate, use Jeremy's company. You will get honest, kind, quality and fair service. They absolutely are going to be my first call in the future for home repairs.

We had flooding at our house and needed immediate reconstruction as an outside wall was removed. Reuben was easily reached, responsive and sent a crew out to complete our reconstruction right away. The work was excellent quality. We were very happy with the work Matador Construction did and enjoyed working with Reuben!

They don't pay their courier bill! Would not recommend accepting credit cards from this company as payment

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Oron at FHR built our custom house on time and within budget. Very responsive, great communication. On more than one occasion his outside the box thinking saved us time and money. Everyone knows the construction industry is challenging right now and Oron did a phenomenal job navigating those challenges. The subs he works with are professional and do great work. It was an absolute pleasure working with Oron and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any project.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

I can go on and on about how friendly and courteous Charlie and the staff were when I called and set an appointment to have them redo my backyard when I got my new house but that’s irrelevant in comparison to their actual work. When I came home for the first time to see their work I was shocked it was completely flawless! I would highly recommend No Limits Concrete and Constriction to anyone in need of their services!
