I can’t say enough wonderful things about Phoenix Home Remodeling! I love my new bathroom. The whole team is incredibly professional, and each person on it excels in their area of expertise. Jeremy has established a wonderful system and provides so much valuable information and I love the software system he uses. I always felt well-informed, and my questions and requests were responded to quickly. Jason, the Designer, took my few ideas and came up with a design that was both beautiful and highly functional. The guys who did the work – Ben, Mark, Garin and all of the others - worked so hard, their work was perfection, and before they left every day, the area was clean and organized. I’ve heard of people so tired of having workers in their house and problems associated with remodels, but these guys were so great, professional and the whole process was so easy and went so fast! Paul was great! We worked with Neoteric Builders to remodel a kitchen in a home we recently purchased. He is trustworthy, his prices were fair, he was knowledgeable, and responsive, and worked quickly. He left the job site clean and he worked with us to give us the kitchen of our dreams. The price is not cost effective just be aise it is over top of existing. The sales person glossed over the 3 day cancellation. We mistakenly thought he had said 30. After 2 weeks, which we thought we had to change our minds we decided we didn't like the what they had as far as selection, and couldn't find one that we could live with for the next 50 years. They didn't care, and would keep 33% of the total cost if we wanted out. I think if the sales person made a effort to stress the 3 days, I would have backed out. Beware.

We contracted with Shower and Bath in May of 2019 to remodel our kitchen. Lon did a terrific job of designing the project. High quality staff that arrived on time, re-model workmanship (for the most part) was very good. Only one issue...the finish on the cabinets which are white, started turning yellow within 18 months. The finish in several areas needed to be repainted which I have done myself with extra paint left with us after completion of the job. More work needs to be done. At this point, we are talking about having them completely refinished only after 32 months. Sad.

I cannot recommend Earthen Co Interiors enough... Having never used an interior designer before, I was a little hesitant, not knowing what to expect but Emily Johnson KILLED IT! I immediately fell in love with her portfolio and approach to design. The process is thorough and collaborative to ensure your taste is not only captured but cohesive and aligned. I promise you she is a magician and will transform your space beyond your wildest expectations. I get compliments ALL THE TIME and it's now the preferred spot for all social festivities. She is truly a magnificent talent and I can't wait to see what impact she'll make in the industry. If you're thinking of using an interior designer, please please please hire Emily. It's money well spent and I guarantee you will be left picking your jaw up from the floor...

We highly recommend Cody and A1 Home Repair. We had them do a light kitchen remodel, which involved removing and replacing our countertops, backsplash, and sink, and adding hardware and light fixtures. The end result was exactly what we wanted and looks amazing. There are a few things about Cody and his team that I especially want to highlight. First, there were no significant delays with the project. While the fabricator was running a few days behind, the project began as scheduled, and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Second, Cody consistently checked in on the project to make sure things were going well and progressing. He was attentive and aware of our project even though it was a smaller job. Third, when a few problems arose, Cody was extremely responsive! He came to our home immediately, and addressed the issues. Fourth, they were clean! They used tarps, paper, and other measures to minimize dust, dirt and debris. Cody, Colton, Fay and the entire team were professional and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Be careful if you hire this company. Just don’t share any insurance information with him, he will demand some extra proceeds that was issued to you from the claim . Mr Pachner just FYI my comments were not about workmanship but the way you handled things. You contracted a solar company directly on your own, when the solar company ruined the entire system, I contacted you to get involved and help me out, but you didn’t, you refused to help stating that you never received anything, text or email, blaming it on connection problem, but your assistant Neil called me back saying that you would call me in the afternoon, but you never did. I only heard from you 3 months later asking for the balance. Sorry, but you don’t do business this way.

DRC State of the Art built a little addition for me last year that included a bathroom. I’ll keep this short and to the point: my family and I have done a lot of work with contractors in our day and working with Dale Cox is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Point blank.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
