Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Re-Bath removed the old bathtub and installed a walk-in shower. The technician, Macio, did a great job and kept us well informed on the progress. Despite a few missing items that he had to run back and get, he kept the project going and was extremely good at what he did. We are very satisfied with the work.

By far, the best bathroom remodel experience ever. I was looking for a bathroom remodel and was referred by a friend. After attempting my last remodel on my own a couple of years ago and seeing the work that goes in I was amazed to see how easy they made the process for me. I worked with Joe Metry from beginning to end. He was very helpful with design ideas and started the job on time. The products are beautiful, the work is great and I am pleased with the outcome. The job took longer than expected but I feel it was mostly due to having difficulty getting the supplies needed. Joe was always responsive to my inquiries and I would use them again.

WE love NEW BATH.. We dont have enough words to say all that we love about our new bathroom. Our vision came to life with the assistance of the design consultant. The work was done in a timely manner as promised and the work was so professional. The staff were friendly and respectful in our home. I would give them 10 stars if I could, you would be silly if you went with another company.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
