Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with TWD. We hired them as our contractor for two guest bathroom remodels and a few other things that needed to be fixed in the house as well. I have had some terrible experiences with contractors before so even though I wanted to get the work done, I was extremely nervous about dealing with yet another general contractor. I had some personal recommendations, however, from friends and family who’d had great work done by TWD so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with them to discuss the jobs.

My first contact was with Ron LaBrie, who is the Design Manager at TWD. Ron came to my home to look at the spaces and to get a feeling for what I wanted in terms of design so that he could prepare an estimate. From the very beginning, I felt extremely comfortable with Ron. He was personable and obviously very knowledgeable about products as well as a design expert. Unlike one of the other companies that I received an estimate from where they gave me a price on the spot, Ron did tell me he would need about a week, and that was fine with me because that showed that he was actually putting effort into the estimate and not just giving me a “blanket quote.” When I got the estimate back, I thought it was very fair, however there were a few places where I wanted to see if we could trim costs a bit. Everything was itemized and Ron was AMAZING at helping me find fantastic alternatives that would still look great while keeping us within our budget.

Once work started on my jobs, Eric Miller was in regular contact with me to let me know exactly what the schedule was and what I could expect at each stage of the project. TWD even has an online portal where you can log in and see the calendar as well as approve any work orders. Speaking of which, the only changes from the original estimate were extra things that I added on after work started. There were no surprises in terms of extra costs. What I was quoted was exactly what it cost. There were a few small delays due to materials issues but that was beyond TWD’s control and Eric went out of his way to make sure everything arrived as quickly as possible and even had some new tile ordered at no additional cost to me because he didn’t think the quality of what the manufacturer sent was up to the high standards you can expect from TWD.

We had drywall, plumbing, tile work, painting, electrical and granite work done and every one of TWD’s guys did beautiful work. The team was here every day on time and cleaned up each day before they left. Again, Eric was fantastic in that he stopped by to personally inspect the work on a regular basis as it was progressing and then again at the end of the job to make sure I was 100% satisfied with all the work that had been completed.

We can’t praise TWD enough. They not only did a beautiful job on our remodeling projects, but they made us feel like we could trust them completely. And we never heard “no.” It was only, “We’ll take care of it!” And they did. We will never need to look any further than TWD for any projects we may need done in the future. They do everything from minor drywall repairs to complete home remodels. No matter how big or small the job, you can be assured that TWD will do it beautifully, on time, and at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend TWD to anyone!

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

Great work. We love our kitchen remodel. Owner and employees are very easy to work with. Very trustworthy.

I had them do some major remodeling at my church and my office.
They had to take down walls and put up new ones. They also did new flooring.
Their work was clean and professional.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

Friendly people excellent work quality

I am a not just a fan or Dion and the professionalism of his team-- I am a raving fan. We have had multiple issues with other contractors for home repairs that just weren't done properly. My house had stucco work that had been damaged by moisture and rain, ceiling work and painting from wear and tear, and interior painting and drywall work. Dion's crew genuinely cared about how clean our house needed to be, the procedures they needed to follow, the quality of service, post-repair clean up and the time frame our project needed to be completed. I would certainly hire Dion and his team as our GC in heartbeat for our home improvement needs.

Professional, hard working, and prompt. Everado came right out to inspect my water damaged bathroom/garage and immediately had a repair plan. Got to work the next day. Completed the project beautifully in two days, great clean up and was in communication the whole time. I highly recommend Rhino Construction and Remodeling,LLC and look forward to calling them for future repairs.

We are so happy with the detail and workmanship by Tony and his crew . The job exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them in a heartbeat. The entertainment/ fireplace wall completed in tile, and the tile they added to our bathroom was perfect! Thank you.

We had our shower & bath tub remodeled a few weeks ago & honestly could not be happier. Eric, the owner & Angela, the designer, came to our home to meet with us & to give us an idea of length of time for the project & to work on a quote. We, then, met with them, along with Steve, the project manager, at the warehouse to see options & to choose the products that we preferred. They listened to what we wanted & were very receptive to our requests.

The entire team came to our house before the start date so they could discuss what they were going to be doing & to give us the opportunity to meet everyone beforehand. It was reassuring to discuss what was expected of everyone before they showed up.

We worked mostly with Nestor & Eddie. They were both beyond competent & great to work with. They were respectful of our time & that they were in someone’s home. They were so neat & clean. Their work was perfection!

Our bathroom is now a show piece! It came out better than we expected & we can’t say enough awesome things about our Retro Pro experience & the entire staff. We’ve already recommended them to a few friends.

I worked with Robert and he was very honest and fair. He also did good work and has great customer service. I would recommend him for remodels or almost any of your construction needs. Great experience.

We hired FHR to replace the wood fascia trim and stucco our house and detached garage on our home that was built in the 1940's. We went with FHR after getting estimates from a few different contractors. FHR stood out as a company that would provide high quality work for a reasonable price. I got a great first impression from FHR and trusted they would do a better job than some of the contractors that quoted a higher price. Orón made sure the quality of work was to our expectations. Their stucco people were very talented. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends and family and would use them again in the future.

We asked Andrew to talk us through options with our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel and he was able to provide some amazing ideas and suggestions. All the work was professionally done and it was great to see everything come together. We ended up tearing down a kitchen wall, moving plumbing, electrical, and water lines, and a complete gutting and redo of our bathroom. Both look awesome!

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
