A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Really, this should be 4.5 rating. ABA did replacement master shower on one of our rental homes. They did excellent job from what tenant has reported to us. Personally I have not yet inspected, but trust my tenants totally. Only two issues, they were not consistent on start date, byt they accomodated tenants schedule every way they could, and got to the job as high priority, even though not requested.

Kept both myself and tenants up to speed on every step of the process, start to finish. They were NOT exactly on same page with their installers, schedulers etc... on the impact building materials would make to the inhabitants of the structure (ex: birds, dragons, snakes, people & others)

Overall the new shower install looks fabulous, they worked in extremely timely matter & if we need this type of service WE WILL DEFINATELY CONSIDER THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Steve Bess did a terrific job! My bathtub was very tarnished and scratched and his work made it look brand new. He was on time, professional and skilled. Thank you!

Keith and his crew were great.
My husband and I previously had two of my kitchens remodeled and We knew exactly what ww wanted in my new home. We wanted a huge kitchen island that can accommodate our family gatherings.
My husband is a realtor , so we looked at over 100 houses before we found one with a kitchen that can be remodeled to our needs.
I have contacted two of my previous contracted with pictures of what we wanted and both told me that the biggest island they can do is 108”.
That’s when I started looking around and found Serranos Surfaces.
I contacted Keith and sent him multiple designs. At that point we still haven’t moved into our new home.

They were punctual at all appointments. Explained all the details very well. Very conscientious to do a precise job!

Left half the job done. The plumber was supposed to be there on Friday, but asked to come on Monday. I pushed back my other home improvements to accommodate then he couldn't come on Monday and ran into issues on Tuesday and ended up coming closer to 4pm. All the while my bathroom vanity didn't have a faucet. Last time I use them and definitely won't recommend. I've used them three times before but this was just shocking.

We were worried about doing a tile remodel. I’d seen some awful tile jobs in friends homes and was worried I’d wind up with something that made me crazy after spending big money. I asked my neighborhood blog for a “perfectionist tile person” one name came back to me and that was Tony. Tony really knows his craft from tile to delivery and grout choice. I asked him 1001 questions, he was so knowledgeable it gave me the confidence to chose him. I made the right decision, in a big way. Tony worked with me to schedule the job, he and his crew arrived on time. His crew were so professional, so accommodating and made sure I always had some access during the job. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything as they worked. They were concerned for my comfort as well. It was like working with family honestly. The result exceeded our best expectations. Every detail done to perfection just as we wanted. We’ve included a couple of before pictures of the old tile and the extensive repairs needed to the slab and of course the spectacularly beautiful result. The team repaired the slab as well as installed the tile. Tony was one of the few installers who gave us a solid written estimate, he also did not charge to come out to give the estimate. The job was charged as written, no ‘surprises’. We were confident we were working with professionals. We were very comfortable having the crew in our home. If you are wringing your hands about who to choose - don’t - just call Tony, you won’t regret it. A last note, beware the low ballers they promise a low price and then ‘discover’ things to upcharge during the job, this happened to two coworkers who lived to regret their choice. Choose Tony you’ll wind up with value and quality done on time and as promised.

I’m so glad I found Alan of Alan’s Flooring. He installed laminate flooring and it turned out terrific. He was great to work with and was flexible with our schedule. He picked up the material, he was on time, worked hard, very professional, paid attention to detail and made sure things were cleaned up. We can’t be happier, I highly recommend him.

We contacted them to refloor a section of our house, we scheduled a rep to come. And they measured and we went down the following day to select tiles and they said they would contact us with a quote that never happened. We followed up 6 days later and they still have not responded.

L&M Did a great job fabricating and installing the counter tops in my kitchen. Sara was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. After their appointment to measure, they fabricated and installed the counter tops within a week. The turnaround time was amazing and the quality of work is excellent. I would definitely use them for future projects and would highly recommend them to others!

Johan did outstanding work at our home, replacing the bathroom with a new and beautiful shower and did an impeccable job putting in new tile throughout the rest of our residence. When we put our residence up for sale, we had several offers and sold it for more than the asking price. It had over 500 views within 24 hours! He was more than fair with the cost of the remodel. Above all, he is trustworthy and honest. Looking forward to having Johan upgrading our new hone soon.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.
