We searched several individuals and companies to find TWD had a price that seemed more reasonable than others. Additionally, both Maria, who did all of the drywall repairs, some being rather tricky, and Javier, who did the painting, were sensational. They came on time, called beforehand, were respectful of the property and did a stellar job on everything! We could not be more pleased. When I called to ask for Maria for the 4th day in a row and learned that someone else was coming, I requested Maria remain as she knew exactly what was left to do: I was listened to! Do not use this company for anything they are stating they can do! The owner is a liar and when comes for estimates doesn't disclose everything and when the job is done and you start to have questions he will say that he has explain everything (because he does this for 30 years even though he is in business for less, check his business and claims with ROC) and he will request for more money. Since end of August our kitchen is still missing items and unfinished. I would not trust them!

I worked with Sandra and her talented design team on a remodel project for my home. In what I thought would be a stressful experience, Design Lab made the process seamless!
The showroom at Design Lab had the cabinets, flooring and tile right there which made the selection part so easy. I appreciated this so much because this made it possible for me to visualize the end result, which came out beautifully. I highly recommend Design Lab!!

Cabinets by Design was exactly who they said they were, a full service design and installation custom company. When we first met Chris, we knew that we were in the right place. He met all our expectations from layout to completion. He was hands on with the installers and even made his own punch list before I had a chance. He coordinated all the trades. His installers were polite and professional. Real craftsmen. The same crew started and completed the install. I would highly recommend Cabinets by Design.

Zach was great to work with - he guided us through every step of the process; offered great suggestions on how to enhance the details of our plain cabinets and was very accommodating to shifts in our plans. We are still in the midst of our kitchen renewal- but like his work so much we've asked him to take on new projects for us!

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.
On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.
My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.

I employed the services of K&B Remodeling to replace cabinets and countertops, washer and dryer relocation, drywall repair, repainting, mirror installation and plumbing fixture installation in three bathrooms and a laundry room. From start to finish, the team was easy to communicate with, quick to jump on issues and a breeze work through unexpected issues. They were also more affordable and involve you in every step of the process and are not hiding any details regarding labor and materials. Each of the various trades people involved were very polite, easy to talk to and willing to do whatever was necessary without constantly having to remind you of the contract. Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.

I was doing electrical work and was looking for a secure wire splicer.. when I asked the associate for help he told me that there was no such thing. He suggested wire nuts. Since he did manage to get me to the electrical dept. I found a similar item.
