Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

TWD installed an entertainment center in our great room and as always we were pleased beyond expectations. They were prompt, clean, professional, Morgan and his team provided a quality product with excellent craftsmanship. We already have them scheduled for another project and will be using them for our kitchen remodel in the future.

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! BIG SCAM! $120 an hour for 15 dollar an hour work.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
